Ordered take out and it was an hr late. They were slammed thats fine. But got home and the pizza was completely un edible. Dough was soggy and toppings fell off. Called the store to just ask for a refund for the pizza portion, as the cheese bread and sub were okay. The guy on the phone said sure that wouldnt be a problem. Never got my refund. Usually love their food but too many issues with slow service and poor service.

My family loves Romeo’s however it is very inconsistent. Sometimes you get the sauce you order sometimes you don’t. We used to always order the loaded bacon sticks but recently they have not turned out like usual or as pictured on the site. Instead it looks like an overcooked calzone

Hadn’t been here in a while, but was definitely worth the revisit. Got a large thin 614 with half pineapple. Was super good and love the thin crust, not super greasy and good crisp edges. The stuffed breadsticks were also good, make sure you get a cup of pizza sauce to go with it. Will be back soon

So… okay. Let me start by saying Romeo’s is literally a favorite, but this location is like, disrespectful. I called to place an order for delivery, and waited like nearly ten minutes on hold, which is fine, they’re popular, they’re busy I get it. But what got me was, I was paying by card, and my card didn’t go through so I switched to a different one, and it seemed like, the sales person, was like, not having a good day, or tired and ready to go home, but when she asked if I was leaving a tip on the card I said no, it seemed like her whole demeanor changed. As a matter of fact, after she said “yup that went through” I didn’t understand anything else she said, maybe “okay we got that down” and then she literally hung up.
Time went on, and it was after closing, like 1030 pm so I tried to call back to find out what the status of my order was, or if they had any trouble finding our place or what, only to not get a response– but my person said to open my front door, maybe they left the food. SURE ENOUGH the pizza was LEFT ON THE GROUND, COLD, WITH THE BOX DENTED IN, AND THE SODA TOSSED ON TOP. THE SODA EVEN EXPLODED WHEN WE UNSCREWED IT. I felt so sad, and so confused, because like, why did no one knock on the door? and we didn’t even get to tip the driver with cash because it was so late at night either. we literally got no communication whatsoever. It was truly the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with Romeo’s.. I get that door dash/uber eats platforms most times leaves the food at person’s door, but I called the restaurant directly for delivery, and wasn’t notified or anything. I sincerely hope that that service (while completely unacceptable regardless )wasn’t the result of me saying I didn’t want to use my card to tip, because we clearly had cash for the person who would’ve came to hand us the food at the door. I’ll just drive across town to the other nicer friendlier location, because this one, was not it and could use some improvement with service interactions or delivery manner or something.

Ordered using the Slice app. Card was charged as Romeo’s. Was sent a message from someone’s personal phone saying I needed to call and pay or I would be banned from all stores. I called the manager who just said they didn’t know anything about it. I don’t know if I am being extorted or what. Now someone has my number and address. Like how do you run a business and let employees act like this. Not worth it for middle of the road pizza. Hope the driver enjoys the tip I was charged, already. Never ordering from this chain ever again.

I really want to like this place, but they keep making it hard. Usually the pizza tastes great, but as seen in the attached picture, they actually delivered a pizza that should have never been boxed up. I thought they were making some improvements, but it appears they need a full staff refresh. Between orders missing items, the burned pizza, and generally being understaffed and late, it makes it hard to order from them. Multiple times now I’ve placed orders for pickup and it gave an estimated ready time of around 30 minutes. When I arrived the place was in absolute chaos. The people working the front counter avoided eye contact and were focused on answering the phones and packing delivery orders and wouldn’t acknowledge the people waiting. Orders were coming out 30 minutes or longer after the original estimated ready times. Customers were canceling both delivery and pickup orders due to the long delays. Even after already being late, my order sat on the shelf for another 15 minutes because they didn’t have the resources to even look at what was on the shelf and call out the names for what was ready. We’ve had the same problem with delivery, where the orders showed up very late and cold.

I ordered the calzone tonight, and half of it was fine tasted good. The other half tasted weird and I thought maybe it was just soggy from sitting in the Box from the grease of all the pepperoni and salami and Ham, so I kept eating it and it kept tasting weirder and weirder. Until finally I took it apart with my hands and realize the dough was raw! I can stretch raw dough! So I quit eating the rest of it once I realized it was raw. If I get food poisoning I’m going to be upset, and this uneaten portion is going to the health department. I am sick and tired of getting wrong and undercooked food at this restaurant. Now bring on the response of the standard we apologize that you weren’t happy yada yada yada please call or email us yada yada yada. I could tell you having done this before, it’s pointless. So I’m putting this on here that others can see, and to track my purchase and my concern in case I end up with food poisoning. Not that it really matters because nothing can compare to the raw dough, but as usual I ordered the garlic sauce and they gave me Capone sauce. I’m yet to ever try their garlic sauce, because they always put Capone sauce instead.

First time eating here. The pizza looked great. Fast service. Super nice staff. I just personally didn’t care for how sweet their pizza sauce is. It was sweet! The crust and other toppings were good. My daughter really liked it. My boyfriend said it was ok. Because of the sauce, I just don’t think this is our pizza joint.

Ordered online. came into the store when pick up time was and walked into a complete disaster. Nearly a dozen people angry and waiting, 3 people working but no one up front to take orders. To make matters worse, everyone waiting noticed one of the employees dropping a spatula used to take the pizza’s out of the oven, only to pick it up off the floor and re use it to put someone’s pizza in a box. After nearly 45 minutes of waiting, a delivery driver ended up taking our orders and when we got ours, everything was wrong. When I brought it back in, I was told that they couldn’t find our order even though I had the receipt in hand. Once everything was finally corrected, we got our food just to notice that our Stromboli was raw and undercooked.

I do want to make note that although the service was horrible, one employee was really trying his hardest to get the ship back afloat, and all of us waiting appreciated him doing everyone else’s job and pushing orders forward.

Overall, do not come or order from this location. It is unsanitary, understaffed, and poorly managed. If I could give a 0 star review, I 100% would.
