This was my second time ever in any lit pizza.
The first time I really wouldn’t even count it I didn’t order my own pizza and stuff.
However this place was amazing The customer service excellent.. I’m a picky person especially with my pizza.. Alastar, was VERY nice. She helped me create the exact pizza that I wanted. I really appreciated the customer service She gave me.
She went above and beyond and made my experience and pizza exactly as I requested! Love comes out the oven They bring it to another station ..where you can have several different things added to your pizza/Calzone.
You can also get a cup ( on the side)

There’s only one thing I need to remember the next time I go to any lit is to ask them to keep my pizza in the oven for about 3 more minutes cuz I like the bottom to be a little bit crispy. Other than that I highly suggest this location
All employees were WERE Very nice Smiling and professional.

Just as expected; another delicious pizza order. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for pizza! Whether it’s the whole family or just you. Over all the other pizza places, this is the place I choose. I like that I can create my own pizza. There are four of us, and we all want and like something different. Plus the price is fair, so it’s a no-brainer.
I read some of the more negative reviews so I wanted to chime in to help make sure your visit is hopefully not a terrible one. That being said; there are a couple of things that need to be noted to have a more enjoyable experience. First off. I definitely recommend asking for the manager, Mr. Charlie. He has been in the pizza business for many years, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He will take care with building your desired pizza. If you want your pizza to be delicious, make sure you let them know exactly how you want it. It is a create your own type menu item, and there are near limitless ways to “CREATE” you personal 11″ pizza!! If for some reason you are unable to get Mr. Charlie, that’s fine; you just wanna make sure you voice exactly how you want the pizza made… if you are not paying attention; if you do not explain what you want; then don’t get irritated if you get a skimpy, uneven disgrace of a pizza! Make sure you are friendly and respectful though!!!! As far as sauce goes; I realized I have only had the pesto; its what I like. The rest of the group did not have any complaints about the red sauce. I hope that helps!

Absolutely great tasting pizza. Several delicious combinations or create your own version of delicious. Your can watch your pizza through the entire process. Dine in or take out. Reasonable prices. A definately must try restaurant.

If you like mod pizza this is very similar. The owner was very nice and a fast worker. The rest of the staff pretty slow. The crust was good. Overall good experience and hopefully if they retain staff the service improves.

My wife and I were returning from Virginia and decided on pizza for lunch. We had very good experiences at MOD Pizza and thought this might be similar. The ambiance was good. The drink selection was good including Coke Zero (my favorite), though they did not yet have their alcohol license complete. I had the pizza with cauliflower crust and my wife had the regular crust.
I contacted the company and the cauliflower crust is made with cauliflower, cheese and eggs. There is no flour or nuts in it. It was very good, though I found the upcharge of $4.50 to be a little high. But guess you have to make the decision if your health is worth the extra cost.
They have a great selection of toppings and sauces to choose from. The only downside is that they did not have anchovies, which is by far my favorite topping. The place is starting up, I get that, but I had to keep repeating the ingredients that I wanted on my pizza. The smart thing would be to hand the patrons a pencil and paper with a listing of the topping selections and let them check off what they want. That would eliminate the repeats. Had I not had to keep repeating the toppings and if they had anchovies, I would have given them 5 stars. What I got was one of the best ever pizzas I have eaten. How can it not be? You call the shots on the toppings. Had they added anchovies, it would have been better than MOD.
But if you do not like anchovies, this place is a winner. It is very good anyway. I know I plan to return. My wife liked hers also. It is so nice not having to keep stuff I love, like olives and hot peppers, off of my pizza so I can share with my wife. Individual personal pizza is the way to go.

We went to eat there today. As usual, the food was excellent, but the service was outstanding. Charlie was very kind and courteous, and he assisted us. I discovered that he was the manager when I went to tip him. Instead of keeping this tip to himself, he asked if he could share it with his team. I found out that he was a new manager who was retraining all of the staff in customer service. I saw his staff being friendly and cooperating to support one another, and I’m excited to come back for another delicious pizza and first-rate service.

First time at this Lit, third time in general. Had the cheeseburger pizza, no complaints there. I did add some pizza sauce to the bottom and I think personally that’s a good call for this one (doesn’t come with it otherwise). Chat was a little heavy on one side but that comes with the territory with wood/gas fired ovens. I didn’t mind though. Service was good, food came quick. Can’t ask for much else.

My friend and I went in today and had the most incredible experience with Keila, Amanda, and Aniyah! I’ve been to a few different Lit Pizza locations, but this one has been my favorite thus far. I had half and half of their Pizza of the Month, Cowboy Mouth, and my usual order. The Cowboy Mouth pizza…. blew me away. Keila did an amazing job putting my pizza together perfectly and was so friendly and accommodating. Aniyah cooked it to peeerfection (perfect amount of crisp) and added the finishing touches. Amanda was so kind, my friend loved the pizza and cheese bread that she made for her! These women are amazing!!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience today.
