We absolutely love RomanSQ, it is our all time favorite pizza! The dough is so light and airy with a perfect crunch and the ingredients are so fresh and yummy. You can get pizza by the slice in addition to half/full trays. We always get several slices to go as well. My favorite is the Margherita, wife likes the curled Peperoni as well as the Barbiere Speciale. This is a small husband and wife team and they are always so friendly and appreciative of your business. Be sure to stop in soon, you will be soooo glad you did!!

We discovered this pizza restaurant today and it is some of the best pizza we’ve ever had in our life. It’s truly next level! The ingredients are fresh and sourdough pizza crust is light and delicious. I don’t wanna go anywhere else for pizza from now on….it is that good! The owners are also very personable. They also have a nice selection of quality wine and beer.It was a delightful experience.

The Legends are true. Have eaten here 3-4 times now. Always AAA. Service is excellent. Pizza is top 3 for me for lifetime (nationwide). Best I’ve had in Florida it’s not even close. There’s a special magic in the pies they make. It’s edible art. Wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try. It will quickly become your favorite.

My kiddo Absolutely loves the cheese pizza and said this was the best pizza he had ever had! The lady at the front is so nice!!!! I’ll come back so many times because the food looks super fresh and healthy. The base is perfect and sauce too and the cheese is to die for! What in the name of pizza did I just eat? Truly the best pizza I have had in a very very long time! The base was perfectly crispy without being burnt at all (which seems to be something no other pizza place I have tried has managed to achieve). Toppings were super interesting and different. We had the Carbonara which was an absolute taste sensation. Rich and creamy, a must for anyone who is a garlic lover. We also had the Margherita which had a delightful marinera sauce and allowed us to appreciate the mastery of the dough. 100% recommend this place. We live an hour and a half away and have already decided that we will be driving back here just for the pizza! The owners were super friendly and welcoming too.

Their pizza is insanely good! A light & fluffy dough with a crispy crust, perfectly cheesy, and all the most amazing toppings on each slice.
Their dough rises for 96 hours and they use all fresh toppings (6 of which are made from scratch each day) and artisanal meats.
Some of our favorites were the:
• carbonara
• pepperoni
• mushroom
Every one we’ve had though has been amazing!
They also rotate flavors.

I have lived in Sarasota for 11 years now and find it difficult to find a memorable meal from restaurants. All I can say is that the “slices”, better described as very elegantly cut “pizza squares” a friend and I sampled today were nonetheless, a magical experience.
It’s exciting to hear that their variety of display pizzas change on a daily basis but I MOST HIGHLY SUGGEST trying their carbonara pizza, sausage & mushroom and everything else!
Personally, moving forward, it will be extremely difficult to eat pizza made otherwise than by RomanSQ. It would be sinful to grab pizza elsewhere!
Now do yourself a favor. Stop reading this review and run over to RomanSQ!!

RomanSQ is THE spot for pizza. Best in town! The owners are so sweet and always spark conversation. The service is lovely and they keep the menu fun while also having their usual hits. Highly recommend you check them out.

We had this place a few weeks ago and forgot to post but this is such an amazing small business. If you just compare it to “pizza” it is a little pricier but the quality is unmatched. You can taste and feel the difference in the ingredients. Also the crust is the closest thing to sourdough without technically being able to call it sourdough. You leave without being super bloated or weighed down like most pizza in the United States. The husband and wife team are super nice. The wife is always engaging in conversations with customers. This is everything you’d want in a small business. A tad pricier but superior ingredients and customer service!
