Went here last night for a date. This was the first time either one of us has visited and were looking forward to a new experience. We did not know it was self seating and the guy who took our order seemed annoyed after we told him we wanted to eat there and not bring it to go. The overall attitude of the staff was not very welcoming or accommodating and we seemed like an inconvenience to them. The food was pretty good as well as the sweet tea. Probably will not visit again based on atmosphere.

I’ve been looking to find a reasonable spot to eat after the gym and I got chicken souvlaki which is suppose to be like a skewer situation. But it ended up just being chunks of chicken thrown in a box with a quarter of a tomato and one segment of bellpepper. Flavor and texture of the chicken itself was great. It came with the best hummus and pita bread. The bread was heavily seasoned, which I loved, but I wondered how many other people would be okay with how much rosemary they used. But for me it was the highlight of my meal. The service? Sucked. They guy was very short with me and not pleasant to speak to. No pleasantries what-so-ever even after giving him plenty. All this for a $20 plate of mostly disappointment. I won’t be returning.

The food here is good but the owner has an attitude and a huge chip on his shoulder like he’s doing you a favor to take your order. I’ve been going for years because it’s convenient. The awful customer service has finally drawn a line in the sand that I will not cross again. Too many other good food options around with far better customer service.

I met a friend here for dinner last night and the service was not great! The server argued with us about a dirty plate, while scraping the dirt off the plate and trying to hand it back to us like it was nothing wrong with it. We had to ask twice for cleaner plates.

Food was okay, definitely much smaller portions than the other location.

& we were rushed out of the building before they closed.

Service at this location is just not great. Definitely sticking to the bluebonnet/perkins location! Great service & food at that location!

I was in town for work and wanted some Greek food. Glad I came to this place, it was really good! I got the chicken and beef shawarma. The portions and the price I thought was really fair, and the flavors of the food was amazing and the pita was warm, fresh, and soft. 12/10 must recommend this place.

It was good and cool inside, they were short staffed that day so the service was a little slow. The food was great, their veggie grape leaves are awesome. Wish they still put the spices out to make your own dipping sauce for their freshly warmed and seasoned pita. The Lebanese tea was awesome as well. Try the beef swarms as well, it’s super good. I highly suggest people try this place out.

This establishment has great chicken shawarma salads and the portions size for the price is great. The Lebanese Tea is deliciously refreshing and the salad dressing is zesty and offers a great compliment to the meal.

The presentation is always beautiful and the leaves always fresh. The chicken is savory and cooked to chef’s perfection.

I rate this 4-star because customer service is inconsistent and not much enthusiasm or motivation in the atmosphere. Also, the pita bread is inconsistent. Some days they serve the bread warm with a house blend on top of it and the next you get just regular slices. It would be great if there were an option for the way you wanted the bread. Sometimes the bread is extra firm even though they say they bake it fresh daily at the Bluebonnet location.

Overall, great taste and amount. One salad usually feeds my fiance and myself, we just order extra pita and drink some of that refreshing tea! Say what you want, I usually can’t even do dessert because the salad I shared was so filling.

Fantastic food-slightly surly guy behind food counter…think soup nazi from Seinfeld. Was driving through and stopped to charge car. Would highly recommend for authentic tasting food.

I love Romans. They are my favorite Greek place in Baton Rouge. I got the chicken shawarma plate with eggplant moussaka instead of salad, Lebanese Tea, and Tiramisu for desert. It was delicious. I love their bread. It’s a different kind of pita. It’s almost like Naan bread… Anyway, I, of course, will be returning.

Freshly renovated and the food is fantastic too! Ordered the Greek salad and it was excellent! They also serve a pita bread that is very good with oil and spices to dip! Highly recommend
