I used to come here for lunch every Friday back when I worked at this mall. The dude behind the counter was always drunk and even though I ordered the same thing every time, I never paid the same price twice. He just made up the numbers every time. It was kind of sick, actually. Sadly he doesn’t work there anymore.
On my most recent visit, the pizza was a burnt piece of crust with a barely visible layer of cheese spread over it. I *think* it had sauce on it, but it was hard to tell because whatever tomato matter was there had solidified and merged with the cheese. Had to drown it in Ranch to make it palatable.
This place is owned by the same family as the Chinese restaurant next door, and they have a hard time keeping the kitchen clean. Be careful.

The young lady that served us was extremely RUDE, IGNORANT and, DISRESPECTFUL. We witnessed her use hate slurs toward a young man for his sexual preference just because the slice they served him literally had no cheese on half the slice, the way the slice had been cut allowed all the cheese to remain on the pie when she pulled to separate it from the whole pie. On the same day while trying to salvage what was edible of the order we witnessed the same young lady throw HOT water at a customer then a bottle of juice because they complained about her service. I would not suggest to support this company, the owner obviously could careless from what horrible reviews im seeing and yet the service seems the same

The worst service I have ever experienced.
I waited half an hour for my pizza, only to find out they never even put it in the oven. The attitude from the employee was extremely disrespectful so much so that she told me I should “shut up” and that I’m not her boss.

This place was terrible if you were getting anything other than pizza or gyros. An Italian hoagie with everything, and this is their version of “oil, vinegar, oregano”. 2 small spots of vinegar. No oil, no oregano. I had to ask for new mayo packets, the ones in the bin were covered in something nasty and crusted. I’m pretty sure it was moldy also. My daughter got chicken tenders and fries. 4 people behind me got their gyros and fries before I even got her food. Then my child proceeded to tell me that her tenders are hot, but her fries were ice cold.
I understand being busy, but it was not busy. It was a typical lunch. While sitting outside, the ladies at the table behind me were questioning where their friend was and was concerned. Finally, she came walking out.. equally as upset as I was over others food coming out (gyros and fries) before hers and waiting so long for one order of fried popcorn chicken.
This was our first and last time ever eating here.
I’m sure it was the other lady’s also.
P.S. tell your male worker to wear gloves when he shoves his hands into the tin of Pepperoni. And all your other workers to wear gloves. Plus, writing the order with permanent marker on the bottom of my Styrofoam plate, is disgusting also.

Waited in line (was the only person there behind a group that had already ordered). Several workers looked me dead in the eye and just ignored me. After maybe almost ten minutes, I walked away. My wife then decided to go and get slices despite my warning. Said the woman was rude and accused her of snatching the receipt, shouted at her and then had to wait 15 minutes for two slices of $5 plain. I then watched them drive away at least two more customers during my time at the food court. This place does not seem to like customers or money.

Incredibly rude cashier claimed to be working here at a pizza shop for 4 years got into a large argument where she insulted me and my children. What’s started this? I was waiting at the counter for a few minutes without being greeted . A kind lady from the back came out and tried to get the cashier to help me, and she lied and said we had just gotten to the front . When I said, “no in fact we have been here for a few minutes” she started screaming and arguing. The other staff seemed afraid and as though they are used to her behavior. She had absolutely no regard for any possible repercussions for her behavior and it was an embarrassment.

Absolute worst food experience ever. The girls are extremely rude, there is no customer service. After asking about our food 3 times we were given the wrong food, we ordered hoagies and were given wraps. Will never go here again.
