I’ve only eaten here twice since I’ve moved to Temecula in 2011. I personally did not love the food. I think it’s too simple and plain. The portion size is on the smaller end for the price. The service was alright, it was pretty lonely both times I’ve gone and took a good time to get the food to the table. Both times I’ve had their fettuccine alfredo and just didn’t love it. Their artichoke dip was pretty good though.

First time here. Yesterday, Mothers day, we got there for dinner. Our server Ashley was most excellent. She was sweet, funny and attentive. It was EXTREMELY busy in there and she did great!!! A young man was going around playing the violin. It was FANTASTIC. Overall good time!!!

The Greeter didn’t even ask me my name on my order. I never been here before. But It’s not good at all. Crispy Brussels sprouts. Not crispy at all. Just baked or boiled. Strawberry Cheesecake. 5 being the best. It was a 2. And I have had better pizza from the dollar store. The total cost is $54.92 What a shame. Im adding on to my original post because the owner responded. And I thought wow! He/She cares. So I did like they ask and gave a full review. And got no response back.

We come here for the take-home family deal. Can’t beat the price for the quality of food. The portions are great, and the food is hot and ready for pick up when promised. They have never forgotten anything on my order. Great job. We have eaten inside a few times and the atmosphere and service was great. We recommend Roman’s for a good meal with good service.

Went for dinner because we had a gift card there. So disappointed in the flavor of the food. The sauces were really watery and there was no authentic flavor at all…except the fresh basil leaves they put on my dinner. I would have expected the fettuccine to be creamy and buttery with lots of cheese but it was not. Could hardly see sauce on it. Also ordered chicken parmesan. All I could taste in this dish was the heavy breading and seemingly old oil it was fried in. (Coating had a bitter taste that usually comes with frying in old oil.) No garlic flavor at all! Tomato sauce was more like tomato juice with some chunks. Everything tasted like it came out of a can. Very processed!! We had to ask for cheese, but it didn’t help much. We weren’t even offered bread when seated. Maybe all this was why the place was emply. Service was good…but like I mentioned. ..the place was empty with the exception of 2 others dining. This type of food seems consistent with the other locations I’ve tried in the past. Thought maybe it would me different here but it wasn’t. I don’t recommend this restaurant chain, and will not be back.

We visited Macaroni grill on Mother’s day this year, I completely understand it’s one of the bustiest days of the year for restaurants, my expectations were low, I’d be happy just getting my food. However, I was pleasantly surprised by our waiter, who turned out to be a manager, he was very involved and very attentive. They actually did a great job considering the situation, it was absolutely slammed, he kept our glasses full, got our food out, and we survived, wasn’t my first choice for.mothers day, but based on the visit, I’ll be going back on a slower day to eat again, food was on par with other locations I’ve been to. This place is obviously effected by present day labor shortages and lazy gen Zr’s thinking they are to good to work in customer engagement. It’s not there fault the labor market is garbage.

Had high expectations for this place as I’ve always wanting go. Took my family out to join me for my first time. Waitress was on point. Food presentation was good however 2 people from our party got food poisoning immediately after eating. Personally thought the food was great but they got food poisoning so who knows what’s really going on in the kitchen behind the scenes or how they are about food storage. I would go again though I really enjoyed it and the drinks were great.

My wife and I went to this restaurant last Friday night to enjoy our date night out. We were greeted and promptly sat at a table. Our server was Madison. Talk about a breath of fresh air, she was very bubbly and friendly. She was knowledgeable with the menu and helped us choose different items to try. The appetizer, fried lasagna bites, I believe they were called, were very good. My spaghetti and meatballs were delicious and my wife liked her food too. Our only complaint would have to be with the drinks that we ordered from the bar. We ordered Long Island iced teas. These were the weakest drinks that we have had, pretty much no alcohol. My wife and I shared a margarita to see if this was any different, unfortunately it was also a very weak drink. Usually we would feel the effects of the drinks, but not these drinks. Not even a little buzz. It made us feel a little bit ripped off as drinks are not cheap. We decided to share this experience with our server Madison. She was very empathetic and took them off of our bill. So, my recommendation is to go for the food here, not the drinks.

The feast for 5 deal is wildly awesome. They must be losing money on it but it was a ton of food, fresh and warm, and such a food price. It was first time going in there and was good service and a cute place. Much better experience than olive garden. I hope they keep the l feast for 5 deal going!
