A nice variety of Italian themed dishes. Starting with basic pastas and salads all the way to more elaborate chicken, beef, and veal dishes. The food and the atmosphere is a step up from chains like the Olive Garden but still reasonably priced an affordable.

Good pasta, chicken and salads. Decent quality on ingredients, everything is very fresh and tasty. They serve bread with olive oil during all the meal. I like the fact that they have crayons and paper to paint the table while you’re waiting your good. Fun!

First off I do not like leaving anything negative on a review. It is so hard for me.

The bar has a decent happy hour as well as providing access to the full menu. Their “two meals for $40” deal offers an acceptable selection, two drinks ANY choice, and shared desert. Only complaint is that the bar area can be understaffed and if it’s crowded there’s waiting involved.

Had not been to a Macaroni Grill in a long time, husband decided he wanted to go. Shame on us for not reading the reviews on this location. Friday night, and the restaurant was not busy. We walked right in and were seated in the very back corner. Mind you, we are a family of 4. The restaurant was pretty empty, not sure why we were seated in the back. Our server came, did not introduce himself, just took our drink order. The table was only set for two people. And that consisted of two napkin/silverware wraps, and a bottle of olive oil. While the other empty tables had full on place settings for 4; small plates, glasses, napkins, etc. The server came back with our waters, and took our dinner order. He proceeded to write our order on the paper table covering. Which I thought was odd. After our server left, my daughter killed a fly on the table. We noticed, that high up in the ceiling lights were more flies. You could see their shadows in the light. We waited a long time for our food to be served. The waiter finally came out, and brought us our food, and cautioning us that the plates were really, really hot. The food was okay. We all ordered pasta dishes. All the pasta was Al dente, and crispy. We decided they forgot about us, and stuck our plates in the oven to stay warm. Our plates were still HOT when the server took then away. Took forever to get our bill, then the server said, I already gave it to you right? Um, no. As we were waiting, we joked that it was “free”, since we couldn’t flag down our server. All, in all, the customer service was slow, and the food was just okay. But the food was not worth the price we paid, $80 + tip. Note to self, do not go there again. Lesson learned.

I hadn’t been to Macaroni Grill in years! It was a friend’s birthday, and the restaurant we’d planned to go cancelled the reservation 1.5 hours before. Macaroni Grill Los Al came through and saved the celebration!

I have eaten at several other Macaroni Grills. This experience was totally not good service! Sat 3 of us with two menus. No silverware even after we asked for it. Table next to us was serviced two times to our one. Had to

Not exactly what we were expecting. We didn’t know it was such a fancy sit down restaurant. We should have left, but we were all very hungry so we gave it a shot. I think this place is worth 4.5 stars. Not the restaurant’s fault for being much nicer than we anticipated. I decided I had to try the macaroni and cheese. It was really good.

I took my wife here for her birthday meeting two other couples. The food was flavorful and went nicely with the red wine the waitress had recommended. At one point a lady came by and sang to my wife in Italian – it was a beautiful touch and really topped off an already fantastic evening – well done, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
