Our family of 3 went to eat here for lunch. We haven’t been here in years and thought we’d try it out again. After today, we will never go back.
The 1 piece of bread they brought for the 3 of us was ICE cold in the middle. I don’t even know how that happens?
I ordered the trio, and the server came over and told me that they were out of lasagna bolognese, and I had to pick another item. I chose spaghetti w/bolognese, as I was craving a good bolognese sauce.
A short while later, the server paused at our table while walking by and said they had lasagna now.
My husband and daughter both received their meals while I sat there waiting for mine. When my meal finally came my trio plate looked pretty sad. My fettuccine Alfredo barely had any sauce, the noodles were actually stuck together and CRUNCHY!!! The chicken Parmesan was a small piece that was cracker thin and burnt on the edges. The lasagna that was suppose to be freshly cooked, was like a stack of noodles with no sauce or cheese between them. I ate what I could stomach and then pushed the plate aside. The server disappeared and had to wait to ask for the check. I should have asked for a manger and told him the problem with the food, but I don’t like to complain at a restaurant. So I thought to leave a review.
My husband then pointed out another table with a father & daughter, complained about there food to the manager and they left.
I now understand why the parking lot looked empty, and I had to google to see if it was even open. That should have been my first clue not to eat there.
Worst Italian I have ever had. Sad to see this place go so downhill.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Romano’s Macaroni Grill in Las Vegas, and I must say, it was a truly satisfying experience! As a pasta lover, I was excited to try their signature dishes, and I was not disappointed.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a cozy Italian-inspired decor that immediately made me feel at home. Our server was friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain the menu and make recommendations.
But the real star of the show was the pasta. I ordered the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, and it was cooked to perfection. The noodles were tender, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the portion was generous. I also tried a bite of my companion’s Fettuccine Alfredo, which was equally delicious.

This is an old Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. Really nice food. Beautiful customer service. Overall a great experience. My favorite dish among these ones in the pic is Pasta Milano and Grilled Salmon You can get refills on the sides you order. The lady who assisted us was Ashley and she was brilliant at what she did. She also got us some sample wine for my dad to taste.

I was disappointed when the Brussel sprouts came out.
First of all, I know it was deep fried, and it doesn’t take but a couple minutes to cook it. It came out burnt.
There is no taste for the Alfredo entree. This is not a salt free order.
Enjoyed the macaroni appetizer and mozzarella with marinara.
Italian salad was good.

So grumble and hard you can hurt your teeth.

I would not recommend this place. I would they them a negative rating If it was an option. In my opinion the food is overpriced and small portions. They overcooked their bland food. They overcooked the capelini. It was very soggy and unedible we threw two of the dishes away. I have cooked better noodles myself at my house.We found something strange in not one but two dishes it looked almost like pinapple in one of them. I asked for extra bread they didn’t give me any. The bread was also cold. Even though they said they would. I also ordered the mushroom ravioli and for 25 dollars it should have come with way more noodles than what it did. I was very disappointed when I opened my dish. We also ordered mac and cheese bites and there was very little amount of those. We also order Brussels sprouts and they were burnt and shriveled. For such a nice looking restraunt I expect better food and better service.

I was a bit sceptical after reading the review written about a not great experience by someone else on Valentine’s Day. However, our experience was pretty wonderful tonight starting with our awesome and attentive server “Becca” who was so helpful with suggestions. You definitely want to ask for her station if she’s working! She kept the glasses full, made sure the bread was hot out of the oven, and always checked back with us to see if we needed anything. The bread, olive oil and balsamic was excellent! We ordered
the Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken and it was delicious! Because of the previous review about a more soupy type sauce, we added a side of sauce just in case. It wasn’t really needed after all, but certainly made it extra creamy. The cheese tortellini with squash and prosciutto was outstanding! I highly recommend it! What flavor! Lots of desserts to choose from if you have room! The cheese cake with chocolate sauce was more than enough to share! All in all a very, very nice experience filled with delicious foods. We will be back again to dine in Becca’s station!!

I haven’t been to one since 10 years ago. Still the same great tasting chicken Marsala and pork chop. It’s sad that this brand is going downhill, but the worse part is that the top management doesn’t care. Please go back to the basics and focusing on your food quality and service. Give your guests a reason to step into your restaurant again. WOW the guests for something good, not for the bad.

It sucks… went to go eat at this location. According to Maps it says it’s open. Drove my elderly mother to this location to try their food. And it was closed. Even though it said it was open. She is 82 years of age and has a walker… if they can’t keep their hours strait,what elts are they not doing… I give them a big 0 out of 10.
