I was very disappointed with the service you received. We got there about an hour and a half before closing. They were hardly any customers in the restaurant but we still waited over 20 minutes to be seated. Our waiter was not friendly. When you brought our Waters to the table there was something floating in it. I brought this issue to our waiter’s attention. I understand it was almost time for the workers to clean up and go home, but customers should always be treated the same from the moment the restaurant opens until they close. He took the water away with an attitude. The only good part of our evening was our entrees were delicious. I have been to macaroni Grill many times in the past. This was the first time that I felt uncomfortable. I seriously have to think about wanting to return to this establishment.

I had a nice time here. it reminds me of. The Olive Garden with a more relaxed atmosphere. All the ingredients were extremely fresh and tasted delicious. customer service wonderful. I recommend the crusted chicken salad. very delicious. The artichoke dip is not very good.

We have gone here every year for my youngest sisters birthday. Well when we tried to make a reservation for 12 we should have known we were going to have issues. They couldn’t take it without the catering managers permission. This was literally after days of calling and no one answering the phone. When we got there the table wasn’t ready. It was ridiculously hot and then sat us next to kitchen. Come to find out the ac wasn’t working at all ! we were literally the only table and the kitchen messed up my husband’s order. In front of us the manager started to berate the waitress and question her on messing it up and then when she was shown the ticket never apologized. It started to get busier and 4 other servers walking around d but kept seating our server who was visibly in the weeds and seating her all over the restaurant. The food wasn’t good not even worth taking home. The manager went and got a fan for the private event and nothing for anywhere else in the building. The kitchen againessed up the desert orders and we were done. The manager gave us incredibly found looms and slammed plates on our table and made negative comments towards the waitress in earshot. Totally unprofessional and not needed. The waitress was great given she had no support from her leadership. I’m surprised this place is still even in business.

I was so disappointed by the end of the meal. Was excited when we saw the restaurant as so many have been closed. The first loaf of bread was undercooked and definitely changed from what they previously served. We were starving so we ate it anyway. The photo of the bread was the second loaf and much better. The lobster bisque was more like tomato soup with a hint of lobster. While still had good/okay flavor, it’s not what I was wanting. Other than offering to change to a salad, nothing was done and this was from the manager. Chicken parm was flavorless as well as the pasta that came with (even had others taste it). I didn’t even eat half and the server didn’t ask how things were, etc. The server was so worried about getting people signed up for the points program that she didn’t even listen when we were talking. (I observed the same behavior at each table around us). She acted like she didn’t want to be there and we should be happy to have her serve us. We haven’t had that poor of service in a really long time, I thought maybe she was just having an off night (we all do), but in groups of women she was much friendlier and frequent their tables more often. We couldn’t even have our waters filled regularly.
For the same cost we ate at Maggiano’s and had superior service and food. Don’t waste your money or time. So sad from what used to be an amazing restaurant.

YES. Love Macaroni Grill. Came here, not alot of people due to the pandemic, however i had a first class experience. Julia was my server and she was ON TOP of everything and very personable. The food was absolutely delicious as always and was served in a very timely manner. I had a wonderful experience and i look forward to next time.

Everything you’d come to expect from a corporate restaurant chain. They still do a good job at holding to their brand. The food was good but the service was a little slow for a not very busy evening. Our waitress was very nice.

We ordered. Caesar salad the plate came in so little I had to ask the server why it’s so little then she explained later it’s a free refill on the salad ,which we didn’t know until I asked! It wasn’t on the menu and the server did not mention it to us when we ordered!
They had a paper cover on the table which was weird and not elegant at all, and the paper was not taking the shape of the table which was bit uncomfortable for us. We ordered pasta taste was OK but it came bit dry with less sauce than expected

Before I call this place terrible rhere was a plus…the bar drinks were really good like really good. Strong how I like them and full flavored. Still however this did not compliment how the food was prepared. My wife ordered stuffed mushrooms and it came out very watery. Not too appealing nor good when the pasta is saturated with liquidity watery soupy stuff. Idk it was just bad. So she ordered a second dish just the spaggetti and meatball dish with meat sauce. First and foremost there was no tomato sauce not hardly there at all. Secondly it was really bland. So the weird thing is this. Out waitress knew it was band she said most people like bland food. Not sure where these people are and how they eat but its probably not here. The place was empty maybe 2 tables plus ours on a sat. Night.i ended up ordering the pasta with chicken and sundried tomatoes. It was undercooked.as far as the pasta. Was sticky but I ate it cause I was hungry. Nvr will go here again apparently also they have new cooks and they aren’t being taught properly how to cook. Not hard guys…use flour to thicken stuff up. Its a simple ingredient lol. Anyway…the drinks and service was only reason I did a 2. Also….whats with the paper straws? It does add a unwelcome flavor to drinks. Just saying…I prefer my drinks without the paper aftertaste and the glues to bind them.

First time to a macaroni grill. We were helped my Paul to a fantastic lunch. He made great suggestions based on things we were interested in and we ended up leaving very full and very happy. They did an excellent job rotating between tables as people started pouring in after we arrived. People must know this is the place to go. We will be back.

Took my BF here for his birthday. He had never been. He got steak, I had the shrimp and pasta dish. Appetizers was the fried lasagna.
It was all delicious. The young lady who helped us was so kind. She even gave him a slice of Tiramisu to go, for his birthday. When he ate it at home, he loved it.
While we chatted with the young lady, she said this was the only restaurant here. I was surprised as I have been to others in the past. I am hopeful they will expand one day.
