We absolutely love this place! We were greeted warmly, and our weight staff were wonderful!! The atmosphere was welcoming and filled with a vibrant feel! The menu caters to many dietary needs. Our daughter has certain dietary requests and all were fulfilled. As a matter of fact, I was blown away when after we all placed our order, some one who’s in charge of dietary requests came to our table to verify her order and work with her as to what they were able to accommodate. I understand this business is a chain, but at no time did we ever feel like we were herded in and thrown food at. One could see the kitchen staff as they were preparing the meals through an open viewing area. The kitchen seemed organized and well run. The food was so fresh and delicious! We definitely did not feel we were consuming boxed food or microwaved food. We ate at the West Lebanon, New Hampshire restaurant! If 110 Grill was closer to the Scranton, PA area we would definitely be frequent patrons!! Please consider opening up near us! We highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!

Food = Fantastic
Service, not so much. Not with the server we had, anyway. It took a long time for our drinks to arrive, as well as the take-out containers and bill. Another couple was seated after us and was long gone when we finally received to-go boxes. The furniture and carpets seemed run-down and old.

We flound this place in a google search as we were traveling across the state and, wow, are we glad we did. I have celiac, so it’s often difficult to find safe restaurants, especially when traveling. We found an extensive gluten free menu with appetizers, entees, salads and desserts I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and fries. Fabulous!!! And I’m from Nashville. Hubby got the swordfish with sweet potato fries. We shared tbe crab Rangoon dip. To die for. Ended with beignets for dessert. They are piping hot served with warm caramel sauce and a warm triple berry sauce. Man oh man, with a cup of hot coffee our meal was perfect, start to finish. Our server, Christopher, was personable, attentive and very patient to explain the menu and our questions.
Only got a couple photos.

We’ve had a great experience each time we’ve dined here. The pulled pork sandwich is a favorite for my husband and I. The flavor is so good. Our server (I think it was Jacklyn?) was so nice!

Stopped in for lunch and had a wonderful experience. Our server was Mikel and he was very friendly. He also made suggestions which was nice. The Cuban sandwich was great, but served on Sour Dough and not the traditional bread but was still great. The vegetable stir fry had amazing flavor.

Rating comparing to other chain restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly and they seem to have a decent work environment by their interactions with each other, that means a lot to me. The menu is varied and has many choices. My meal, they let me add more protein too, fantastic. The tuna was seared nicely. The noodles really had no flavor and neither did the stuff it was tossed in. Not a big deal, just added some salt and pepper. But the veggies in it were crisp and fresh. Good choice for a chain, impressed.

I’ve been to a lot of 110s at this point. This doesn’t rank in my top 10 except for the service which was awesome.
There was a problem with the food, they brought a replacement that still wasn’t great but it was definitely better than the first one.
I feel like they were good with the gluten free food though. When we were offered a GF menu as “I assume you dont want a GF menu” and I said “actually, I very much do want one” and then didn’t get one, I was disappointed.
Just not a 110 I plan to go back to but I know the ones in MA are awesome at least

A great experience that is tailored to people with good allergies and will alway ask up front if you want to have a gluten Free Menu. I have been several times and eachctime the food is a pleasant delight. The ambiance is closer to a casual and refined experience.
Overall very impressed and will definitely reccomend to others

110 Grill in West Lebanon needs a definite update. It’s tired, worn, dirty and in need of a number of repairs. The Ladies room was dirty, one of the 2 sinks was badly broken and one stall was out of service. The restaurant area needs a good scrub, the seating is all old , worn and stained which makes it quite undesirable for a place to relax and enjoy a meal. When we arrived during off hours, we were initially shown to a seating area covered with food on the seats and floor. There were only 4 occupied tables! Food was mediocre, and our server was somewhat attentive. Other 110s in the New England region are doing a much better job in all areas mentioned.

The 110 Grill stands out as a commendable choice for lunch and dinner, embodying the essence of a bar and grill. It presents a wide array of culinary delights reminiscent of a steakhouse, encompassing burgers, chicken, steaks, and seafood. A significant advantage is the brief wait times, barring peak hours when the wait, though moderate, does not overly encroach upon one’s time. My preference is distinctly for their burgers, which are commendable, and their fries, both of which are prepared with precision according to individual preferences. For those in search of a restaurant that combines a bar and grill atmosphere with steakhouse fare, The 110 Grill is a solid option.
