We recently had a family Eid dinner. The food was mostly delicious, with standout dishes like Shrimp Portofino, Gorgonzola steak, and Pollo Caprese. However, some plates arrived lukewarm, which was disappointing. Service was good, but orders took longer than expected. The environment was excellent, and my kids loved the table paper for painting. Overall, it was a good experience, but food temperature and timing could improve.

Love the choose 2 menu items it is perfect for lunch. Pasta & salad or soup and pasta or however you want to combine items. The fresh baked bread was so delicious and was great to have before our meal. The smaller portions of cakes were another plus for all of us. Since we had the bread as well. I loved my wrap and salad. If we lived closer, this would be a restaurant we would visit often. My stepdad had X-rays done at the Cleveland clinic, so this was close by & we wanted to try it. So glad we did. I added some pics of the landscaping outside on the walkway. The cornflowers were absolutely brilliant & beautiful.

Stopped in for Happy Hour between. 3pm-7pm. Had some great appetizer and drink specials! The weather in Cleveland was horrendous, we walked over from our hotel! Restaurant part was not too busy, sat in the bar area for the Happy hour special, bar was busier, the bartender was soo friendly! The spicy meatballs and bruchetta were delicious! The salads were great size and also delicious! The bread with the olive oil and pepper before your food was also yummy!!

First time ever to a Romanos Macaroni Grill. Found this location as I was visiting the IX Center and was a short drive from there. I was mind blown that we walked in on a Friday at 12:30pm and nobody was there. We was the first table. Other than that striking by surprise, the food, atmosphere, and service was phenomenal. I couldn’t decide on one meal, so I got the other pasta dish to go. The lunch prices are very reasonable and I’m telling you, the bread is the bomb.

This place is closed. We drove all the way over here only to find a dark building with this sign saying it’s closed indefinitely as of 9/18. It’s ridiculous that the phone number is still working and you have an option to order ToGo…. That’s going to be a long hold since it’s closed!!! The Macaroni Grill website also shows this store open as of today, October 2nd, 2025.

The food we ordered for delivery was pretty decent. Everything arrived hot and in great containers.

Lasagna bites- pretty good, crispy.

Mac & cheese bites- good, crispy

Lobster bisque soup- I’d skip it

Tiramasu- excellent!

Mama’s trio- very good, huge portion.

Kids Mac & cheese- very basic, but good flavor.

They sent bread as well, came warm and with dipping oil.

I have to say spending over 190.00 I was not happy with our visit. The visit would be what I expected from a fast food restaurant.

When we came in we asked for a table for 6. They sat us at a small table. We asked for a bigger table. They were nice and put together a bigger table. Our waitress was great she was on top of everything except the bread, we had to ask for it. The food took forever to come out as did our dessert. The food was ok, nothing special. The regular spaghetti and meatballs surprisingly one of the worst I’ve had. The cheesecake was not good, neither was the the toffee dessert.

The floor could be cleaned. Someone spilled oil and many people stepped in it before it was cleaned up. Once we started to time how long it was on the floor it was there for thirty three minutes. The bathrooms need A LOT of attention. They could use a overhaul.
Someone “cleaned” a table and put the paper on it but they forgot to take a napkin off the table before the paper. There was a nice lump under the paper and sat a couple who then complained of the lump. The waiter did a great job removing with little notice to the customers. There is a few tables right when you walk in that has their stuff on it. Their dishes where they eat, and drinks not very nice to see.

This restaurant needs some major help.

Had a great time at Macaroni Grill in North Olmsted! Naomi, the manager, and Adam, my server at the bar, were more than awesome.

Enjoyed both meals—the one I had there and the one I took to go! But beyond the quality food, the service and ambiance made it even better.

I don’t get to North Olmsted often, as I was traveling to the Cleveland area for the NCAA Tournament, but I’ll make it a point to stop back at Macaroni Grill. Great service, great people! Looking forward to future visits.

We came to Cleveland for the weekend. Stayed at the Hampton Inn down the street. We figured this place was close by and we didn’t have to drive far. We arrived around 5:30pm on a Friday night and thought it was packed but there were plenty of tables. We were first seated at a table that wasn’t cleaned yet. We asked to be moved to a booth. The booth had rips in the seats and this was wear it starts. We were hungry so we went right to the entree and skip the apps. I had the Lobster Bisque soup and Sicilian pizza. My friend had the lasagna, her son had the American pizza and husband had the shrimp pasta. First the “fresh” bread came out with virgin oil. The bread was hard as a rock! The virgin oil had so much salt and super salty. We swallowed it down with our drinks. Then the server came over to tell us that they ran out of pizza dough and can only make one pizza. So I’d decided to go with the meatballs pasta and let my friend’s son have his pizza. My meatballs pasta came out and it was again salty. The pizza looks good at the top but the dough was soft and feels like it wasn’t cook through. The lasagna was warm but cold on the inside so they brought her a second one. The shrimp pasta needed flavor. Very disappointing that they ran out of pizza dough during the prime time and food felt like it was heated and not cooked fresh. For the cost of the price. This place is not worth it. We will not cone back to this location or any of this franchise. Rather take our money to another pasta place.

We ate in the bar area and enjoyed the monday bogo special: chicken marsala, with endless soup, salad, or mixed veggies for an additional $ 4.50 per person. The’s long island iced teas were superb and reasonably priced @ $9.00. We had a nice affordable dinner out in a vibrant atmosphere.
