If you’re ever in Philadelphia, Old Town Pub is the spot to stop by! Whether you’re grabbing a burger and a drink after work or just hanging out casually with friends, this place hits the mark.
• Food & Drinks: The burgers are hearty and flavorful, perfect with a cold drink.
• Service: The staff makes you feel welcome right away — attentive, friendly, and genuinely great at what they do.
• Atmosphere: The vibe is relaxed yet lively, making it a great choice for both business and casual meetups. Around the holidays, the decorations are amazing and really add to the festive spirit.
It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy good food, and feel at home. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area
Valentine’s Day dinner was no different! The staff were all very nice and our server Tara was good! I will say however, it was later 8pm (not very busy) and the drinks did take forever to arrive but they were delicious!
Will definitely be back again and again as it’s one of our favorite places!
Server was very nice and answered all questions and very personable. Very cute seating outside.
Beer list doesn’t have prices or size or pours, picked a nicer IPA knowing it would be a bit more and that’s fine… got a 8oz IPA for $9.50. Like what?
Ordered a “pound” of wings w/ dry rub, hoping would have a good crust and crispy. Got 7 smallish wings that were warm and had a terrible crust, probably could make better in an air fryer. Blue cheese wasn’t good.
Love sweet potato fries so got them too. They were yummy but the portion size was so small, like something you could get at a fancy restaurant down town, not in a neighbourhood “pub.” Asked the waitress and she said that’s their size portion size for $7. Ok.
We won’t be visiting again.
Atmosphere. It is in a small beautiful town, the inside is fine. It’s usually nicer to go in the afternoon when it’s emptier, but it feels very claustrophobic when it’s busier. Obviously it due to the size of the place, but genuinely it’s not a big concern or complain for me.
All in all definitely recommend.
Every time I’ve been here, the vibe has been great, laid-back, welcoming, and just a fun spot to hang out with friends or family. Service has always been friendly and reliable, and I’ve never walked away disappointed. Definitely one of the go-to spots in Bordentown if you’re looking for good food, lots of beer choices, and a place where you know you count on.
