The experience was below low expectations. Here for My neice 21st birthday dinner. Server was struggling with keeping attentiveness for only 2 tables & he didnt seem to really didnt wanna be there. The bread was the only thing great and the server didn’t seem to want to bring but 1 loaf for a table of 8. & we had to wait a long time for 1 loaf of bread. All of the food was bland and dry. Had to request sauces for all dishes. Lasagna dry and taste bland. Caesar salad dry & Shrimp had no season & tastesless. No season on none of the food. Overcharged for 2 items not received & had to have my credit card charged again for correct amount.. Paid for a togo Order of spinach., waited 30mins. Had to request the status on it, then found out it was given to another table. Found it rude not checking on your table whom has paid in full and paid for to go item. Server advised us to keep our tips and we certainly did. We will never eat here again, just wasted alot of money… ridiculous.

First off, I forgive them for lack of quality service and quality food, due to lack of HELP. This is an ongoing problem for many restaurants and businesses these days. However, if you are going to open your doors for business with limited staff, you have to step way up to keep patrons coming back. My salmon was cooked hard as a brick. I sent it back and received one as firm as a mattress. I suppose if I had sent it back once more I would have received one as soft as a feather. OK, I’m back. Our server was also the manager. He was all over the place….frazzled, but calm at the same time. My friends and I felt really sorry for him. On a good note, the pasta was delicious . We also really enjoyed our endless Caesar salads and bread. This helped tide us over during the looonnnng time before our food arrived….(refer back to the previously mentioned salmon). I hope help comes soon. This could have been a 2 rating.

I had dinner at Macaroni Grill and order food to go for lunch on Monday. For and appetizer, i ordered the caprese salad. It was great. For dinner, I had the Seafood Ravioli with Shrimp. The bread is so good!! My to go order consisted of Tomato Basil Soup and I think I got Seafood Bisque and Chicken Marsala.

Staff was incredibly rude. I ordered online for pickup, there was no hostess even though there is a “wait to be seated” sign. The bartender saw my sister and I just walked away when I approached the bar. I waited 10 minutes and she came back 3 times and ignored me. There were only 2 people at the bar and 4 tables at the whole restaurant. My sister was able to find where they kept take out orders and thankfully Alexandria helped us out. I would like to add 3 other staff members walked by and ignored us including the manager that walked past 6 times. Yes I was mad enough to count. Maybe promote Alexandria and have her show the others how to acknowledge customers, it’s a restaurant, you need the staff to attend to people who come. It’s ridiculous no server, bartender, or hostess can’t help but it takes someone from the kitchen staff to step up and not be walking around with a scowl. I want to emphasize they weren’t short staffed and the restaurant was next to empty. I was there 20 minutes after the food shown ready and wasn’t ready and took someone who isn’t even at the front counter or even close to the front door to assist us because everyone else literally ignored my sister and I. I feel disgusted I spent nearly $100 here to be treated like garbage. This is long winded but you want food that is mostly just alright, a joke size for things like brussel sprouts, and to be treated like you don’t exist while wasting your money this is the place!

Delicious food as always. You can never go wrong from coming here & ordering. The truffle fries were quite interesting as well. I couldn’t quite make out what the sauce was comprised of, but it was excellent.
Great, friendly service & food. Highly recommend.

So, I don’t like to give bad reviews but I feel I need to save anyone from going here. So here it goes as I am sitting back at hotel room eating chips since I couldn’t eat my meal… When we walked in, it looked very nice, until we sat down at our table. The table was covered in a packing paper which at first I was thinking ok maybe for like kids, no it was covered so they could easily clean up after but it greatly cheapened the appearance. We ordered our food, it sounded like it was going to be good. We got a small loaf of bread with olive oil, we were confused, it looked like a chabatta bread. It was bland and dry. Our food came, I ordered a chicken pasta with a lemon garlic sauce. I could taste the artifical lemon juice and the chicken… wow, it looked like deli chicken, that was separated. The pasta was overcooked. It was advertised as a roasted chicken but our server confirmed it was grilled. I wouldn’t even try it, it looked so bad. Our other meal was decent. Our server was nice, she did her best to help as I was asking questions. I think the food was straight out of a Gordon Ramsy kitchen nightmares episode.

We enjoy this place, have been coming here for decades. It’s always good food, the whole family enjoyed it. Service was great, the atmosphere was fantastic. Prices as with everything have gone up considerably, otherwise it was pleasant night. I would recommend.

The food was good. The sauce for the Shrimp Portofino was thicker than I like, but the meal was still good. You can never go wrong with a good Caesar Salad. The trio was tasty. All three of us had food left over from our meals. Service was a bit slow but that could be due to the lack of help.

First visit to this restaurant and it will probably be my last.

I haven’t seen a friend of mine for so many years and she had just moved to Nashville. I am a Flight Attendant and had a layover so she picked me up and we headed down to “The Opry Mills Mall” for brunch. We both decided to try Romano’s. As we entered, it was not too busy and we got seated right away. Our server was the best thing going for that restaurant. This is why I gave a 3 star or I would have given a 1.
He was very approachable and friendly. Got our drink order and placed our soup and salad order immediately afterwards.
We ordered the Lobster bisque soup, a salad and mozzarella sticks. The sticks came first and it tasted really good. The dipping sauce, marinara was a bit spicy but okay. Our soup was next and it was lukewarm tending to be cold. No pieces/bits of lobster at all. I guess all restaurants have their style of making this soup but it didn’t taste like it had lobster at all. Server was pleasant as we informed him and he said he would heat it up. We did explain we did not want it in a microwave so he suggested another means of heating. He did a fantastic job and apologized a few times. We did let him know we knew it wasn’t his fault.

Not a very long wait on a Friday afternoon. Appetizers was brought out very quickly as well as the main meal. The low staff caused no issues , the waitress was very pleasant and helpful.
