Food hot and tasty. Prices good for what you get. They do need more help as wait times are a bit long. Ordering in the app and have to still wait for simple food order. New inside is very nice and clean.

Sometimes they aren’t rude. sometimes they are. It’s a little slow sometimes. The food sometimes hits but it is inherently greasy and the meats sometimes seem questionable in quality. They consistently do not check your order to make sure everything is there and you will not get the sauce you requested, you will get handfuls upon handfuls of lemon juice and whatever else they felt like grabbing. I will probably go again eventually but I need a long break.

Yesterday I decided I wanted Long John Silver’s for the first time in a long time I had a terrible experience I went in to order my food It didn’t take long for the young lady to take my order however I ordered sat down to wait on my food I was waiting and waiting finally I got up to see what was taking so long the young lady that took my order was asking me have I order yet I said yeah I been ordered I been sitting here waiting she didn’t say anything she just went to the back and started fixing food I thought it was my food it wasn’t, then another lady ask me am I waiting for something I said yeah my food and then I told her what I ordered and I think she was the manager i tried telling her i been waiting so long all she said was they fixing it now there was no apology or no kind of Compensation for how long they had me waiting very unprofessional , disrespectful! And I will not be going back

The 50 mile trip to the Flint Long John Silver’s on Miller Road is so worth it. Darius, the manager and cook with his crew are the most kindest polite members of this establishment that really makes it a joy to save her the wonderful food that they serve us. I ordered the double fish waffle fries hush puppies along with crabcakes and I will tell you the flavor here it’s just unbelievably good. This is worth the trip no matter where you are in Southeast Michigan. The trip to Flint is worth it. This is a wonderful establishment with wonderful employees

Awesome food & workers always friendly. I mentioned that I love the crispy batter pieces under the fish . When we got our order they had a little basket filled with the crispy pieces. Everything was fresh and hot.

Came and dined in, and I’ve also ordered takeout. I enjoy the seafood platters as well as the rice bowls. The food is delish and very filling. The restaurant is newly updated on the inside and is very clean. The staff is also very friendly. Definitely recommend trying!!

I tried to call the store for 20 min to please ask that I’m not given 20 min old chicken and to confirm sauces. As a restaurant that offers fried food, they offer ranch on doordash but it is not available. When the phone was answered and I voiced my concerns, I was told they were packing the sauces in and two were not available. Why and how? I was also hung up on after trying to contact the location 6 times. This location frequently has food held at times longer than it should be and should be thrown out. I tried to call back after I was hung up on and again no one answered the phone. I would not recommend going here. The band itself is obviously failing because of these rogue locations. It’s a dying brand and it should not be. It’s the franchises that are letting it die by not adhering to brand standards. Please take this location and intervene. It’s terrible, terrible service, terrible quality.

As my first time ever going to a long john silvers this was a phenomenal experience! Back in the kitchen was clean and the Restaurant was clean the tables were wiped down! The FISH was HOT and fresh and let me tell you GET THE CHEESE CAKE worth all the calories & the Service AMAZING round of applause to the management you picked fantastic staff to be the face of the establishment! I will continue to be going back! FANTASTIC!!! 10/10
