Seated quickly on a Saturday afternoon. It took about 8 minutes before anyone approached us even though only half of the tables were filled. Ordered immediately. Another 45 minutes later, waitress comes over and says “sorry but the kitchen is having printer problems, they never got your order, but are making it now!” Mind you, never once thought to check on us once in the 45 minutes we were waiting. Manager brought our meal, apologized, my meal, Carmela’s Chicken, had no taste at all. I told her she could take it back, I’d just pay for my sons meal. She offered to take care of it. That’s the only positive of this experience.

I had to greet the hostess when we walked in. She was just looking at us like a deer in the headlights. We we’re seated and sat in the dining room that was about 3% filled to capacity. We waited more than 10 minutes and not one person came to our table. We got up and left. The only staff we saw on the way out was a bartender. She shrugged her shoulders and said nothing when we told her how long we sat there. This is unacceptable.

If I could give less than one star I would. Today I took my grandmother out to dinner. After waiting 9 minutes for someone to even realize we were waiting to be seated, the manager walks up looks at us and says “did you need something?” I was shocked. I responded “um… A table for two?” And she gave the biggest huff under her breath like a had just told her a table of 100 was about to walk in. After we got seated it took our waitress 5 minutes before she even came to our table. We asked for waters with lemon. Guess what we didn’t get. Lemons. Then after waiting another 12 minutes she finally asked if we wanted to order anything. Are you serious? Of course we do hints why we came here. We ordered and after 37 minutes we got our food. Cold. Finally pissed off enough I wanted to ask for the check ….but she was no where to be found when I went to the bathroom I saw her and another server flirting. So I went right up and asked for the check…..Finally! We get the check and are ready to leave and I see the same server walk up to our girl and full on grab her crotch and ass RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING! I am completely DISGUSTED by this restaurant and management. Needless to say we didn’t tip. The only tip I have for this restaurant is go ahead and either hired your entire staff or just close the doors . I will tell everyone I know, about this awful experience. What a horribly run restaurant.

Used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Service seems to have declined last several visits. Last week we sat for 30 minutes no one even offered any water and we could not even find a server or employee to tell at 7:30 on a Saturday night. ( The three people we could see were very busy -and never even made eye contact after this hostess (who apparently was also a server) seated us ) We left and I sent the manager an email and it was ignored. Last Christmas I even bought gift certificates because we like this restaurant so much as of late there is a big problem.

Unfortunately our experience this evening was very, very poor.

We arrived ten minutes before 7 PM with a party of 6 people and we’re seated promply and seen by our server, Sarah, shortly after we sat down. We noticed how empty the restaurant was (Only 3 other tables were seated) and joked that we should have checked the reviews before we came out.

Then the problems started to arise. Sarah offered 2 of their bread servings since we had 6 people…only one arrived. 15 minutes passes before our server returns to take our order. We ordered 3 kids meals and 3 adult meals. 20 minutes later, all the kids’ meals arrived and the salads for the adult meals arrive, but no more bread at that point. One more serving of bread showed up about 10 minutes later. Another 30 min later and the kids are done with their food, but still no adult entrees.

At this point we’ve been in the restaurant for an hour and tell the server we’ll just take the check & leave. She says the food’s coming out and sure enough here comes a plate…a duplicate kids meal. There’s a look of bewilderment all around and Sarah headed back into the kitchen. We ask for whatever they have prepped for us “to go”. A cook comes out and apologizes and comps us an entree. We get a hurriedly prepped meal for a “to go” and we leave.

Two hours later the kids are in bed & I sit down to eat my dinner…and even giving the plate some credit for having to use the microwave to heat it, it still wasn’t as good as even Fazoli’s (Fast food Italian). I ordered the chicken scallopini, and all I can say is I would have been better off just skipping the meal.

This was meant to be a nice Mother’s day dinner for my wife. Instead it became an evening of frustration. We will not eat at any Macaroni Grill again…stick to Olive Garden.

To the owner of this particular restaurant: Please take a hard look at what is going on in your business, before you find yourself out of business due to unsatisfied customers.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and 1 star is too many for this establishment. The food and service was terrible. I ordered Carmella”s chicken, which was supposed to have caramelized onions in it, but it did not. The server put in the wrong order even after he ask me from across the room if I ordered chicken marsala and I informed him on what I ordered. He then asked what size wine glass small or large, I ordered large and again was asked from across the room what I ordered. We asked for water and lemons which he never brought. I asked the server to bring unsweet tea with my dinner and I was brought a sweet tea before I even got the wine or dinner. He said I’m sorry it might get watered down but I will bring you another one later. He said to us that he was not retarded but would soon bring the wine. First of all, I think the word retarded is very ignorant to say. At this point, we asked him to send a different server and for him not to come back to our table. A new server approached and we started over. The food was terrible!! We thought the manager would come by the table and apologize, but apparently he could care less. Not a very good restaurant manager. Happy Birthday to me dinner!! Never Again!

I thought it was a great dining experience. We went on a weeknight and there was no wait, the interior is very nice, our food was great, the server checked on us many times and even the manager stopped over to thank us for coming out. I will be back to eat there again.
The negative comments must have been on a hard night; new employees or a few called out. It happens in restaurants that I’ve worked at before.

Went to the Macaroni Grill because I all I wanted was my favorite dish: Shrimp Portofino. The service was great, but I was severely dismayed by the failure of the culinary staff to add the pivotal sauce and the pine nuts. I had become accustomed to ordering this very dish for several years so the discrepancy did ruin my afternoon. This is me….disappointed. Unfortunately I had not realized what specifically was off about the dish until pondering the meal on a melancholy drive home, such that I could not complain to their faces. I love the macaroni grill, just not this specific branch due to this incident. I would advise driving a few extra miles to the nearest ACTUAL macaroni grill.

Good Day.

We went today for Father’s Day. Unfortunately, The service was a bit slow, even though it was less than half full, and the food was so-so. My wife’s sauce was too salty and my lasagna seemed to have the wrong cheese and it was all burnt to the bottom of the plate. This is the first time we’ve eaten at this one and probably the last.

Great waitstaff. I went for lunch with my co-worker as we usually do and I ordered the penne arrabiatta from the lunch menu. I always order this. It’s my absolute favorite. I had to send it back because the sauce was not the correct sauce. There’s no onions in the arrabiatta (it should taste just like what the mozzeralla cheese appetizer sits on). It wasn’t spicy either. The waiter brings it and says the chef made it spicer. He basically added pepper flakes. I had them take it back again and I said “don’t worry about it” because clearly the chef had no clue what he was doing but the waiter said “no no let us fix it”. They brought me it back again (a “fresh” batch). It still wasn’t right. I ate 8 bites and then through my extra dishes on top. I paid my bill and left. I shouldn’t have to tell the chef how to cook something on the menu. I go there all the time so I know what it should taste like. The mozzeralla cheese on top is usually in bits, this one was shredded from a bag. It was just really disgusting. I wish I didn’t pay for it but some days you just don’t want to make a stink. I probably won’t go back unfortunately. I have NEVER sent food back before and definitely never thought it would come back still wrong. I wasn’t offered a refund, I just pretended it was good even though I clearly didn’t eat it just so I could have a normal day and not make a scene.
