I ordered take out: moss sticks & chic salad. Paid $18.08. Moss sticks were good on the way home I ate them. When I opened the chic salad there was more than enough iceberg lettuce. 1 tomato sliced in half. No onions(I asked for) shredded carrots and a quarter of chic diced up. I was nice when I called back and told the man. He did not object or apologize. He only said ” bring it back, well give you your money back.” I went back with my phone recording. I spoke nicely when I entered, he ignored me. I spoke again, he said, “I heard you”. He proceeded to give me attitude because I made a legitimate observation and brought it to his attention NICELY. He then said here’s your receipt. I took my refund and receipt and left. My first and last visit there. They obviously get a lot of complaining.

Really wanted to love this place. Relocated to Rockwell this month. I’m a concord NC native and thought this was the sister restaurant to the Romanos in concord. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Just like someone else said in reviews, the person answering the phone has no care, no personality. Nothing. Just teetering the line of being rude. You can tell they hate their job. Almost hung up just from that experience alone. Spent nearly $50. I got mild wings. There was no sauce. No flavor. Asked for them to be extra crispy. Looks like they boiled them. They literally had no flavor any whatsoever. I had to season them and put them in the oven to finish them off. My Philly Cheesesteak only had meat and cheese. You could tell the meat was super processed. Bread was hard. Fries were mushy. My partner got a pasta dish. She said it tasted bad. Wasn’t appealing at all. The most enjoyable part of my meal was my Greek salad. Everything was fresh. But they skimped on ingredients. Tried to give them a chance but it makes sense why the parking lot is never full and why their reviews are so low. They also forgot our ranch for our wings and the dressing for my salad. We ended up throwing out a good amount of food. This place could use a revamp. Maybe a new chef. Better customer service.

The staff is a family of sweethearts, and they’re food is so good every time. If I could change one thing, it’d be.. more fries when I order a cheese steak sandwich lol. This place is great, seriously.
