I absolutely LOVED this place. The food was top notch. I believe this may have been the best bread I ever had. It was the garlic truffle bread stack. It was crispy and buttery but tender and so perfectly balanced. The melted Parmesan cheese and cool ricotta mixed with the truffle oil and garlic was devine. I also ordered a side Caesar salad, 2 meatballs, and the pappardelle ragu with short rib. Everything was delicious. The meatballs were like someone’s Italian Nona made them the salad was crisp and refreshing with delightful crunches of croutons made from their tasty bread. The pasta was so tender and delicate but good and rich. It had to be fresh hand rolled pasta. My husband got the Italian beef and it was very tasty as well! The fries were the fluffiest I have ever had. They were perfectly crisp on the outside but inside was like a cloud. Our server Heather was VERY attentive, sweet, and an absolute delight. The manager made rounds periodically to check on tables. Everything was clean and very beautiful. The atmosphere was wonderful and perfect for casual dinner, families, it date night. It reminded me a bit of fallout but in the best way! For my fellow autistics their spoons are pleasing and pass the test. The plates and servingware felt like stone and were very nice. The seating was comfortable. I’d absolutely go back. Their menu offered so many delicious looking options.

The food was delicious and our server was great! The food came out pretty quickly and our server, Vickie, was extremely hospitable and helpful. I ordered the chicken Alfredo which was great and my wife ordered the lasagna and she absolutely loved it. We ordered a canoli for dessert and I must admit the canoli stole the show. It was the best one I’ve ever had. 9/10 would definitely recommend.

This was my first time trying this Italian restaurant in the Pigeon Forge area, and it was a great experience overall. I was seated quickly, and the service was prompt, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. The menu is pretty large with most of the classic Italian dishes you’d expect, so there’s definitely something for everyone.
I ordered the meatball lasagna, and it ended up being a highlight — rich, flavorful, and really tasty. Portions were generous too. While there’s always room for a little improvement, I left satisfied and would happily come back again to try more of the menu. A solid spot for Italian in Pigeon Forge.

So I read a bunch of mixed reviews online. As a customer who has tasted the food firsthand, I can tell you. I was very satisfied with the quality and taste of the food I received and the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms. All the staff was very tentative and polite. The prosciutto fig pizza was totally awesome. It reminds me of me and my wife’s favorite movie, Little Italy, and the pizza they made in the apartment When the two main characters were falling in love. The meatball lasagna was pretty good and so was the side of Alfredo fettuccine. I would highly recommend this place to others. And will definitely be trying to come back if not this vacation but the next. I’ll have to admit it’ll be pretty hard not to order an additional prosciutto fig pizza to take back to the cabin. If you haven’t tried the place yet you don’t know what you’re missing. Very highly recommend.

So enjoyed my first visit to this restaurant spontaneously arriving with no reservation. The hostess was warm and friendly quickly seating me. Waitress arrived at my table and made several recommendations walking me thru the unfamiliar menu. She fulfilled my special request for an appetizer. Main course arrived just as ordered with a healthy serving. Asking for dessert ideas to go, my Waitress guided me to the perfect choice. I will be back!

Roma Table is a fantastic place to eat: everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The appetizer was creamy, cheesy, and delicious, especially served with the toasted bread that paired perfectly with every bite. The pepperoni pizza was outstanding as well, with a crispy crust, great sauce, and just the right amount of cheese and toppings.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food really speaks for itself. Even the sides and sandwiches were full of flavor and clearly made with quality ingredients. It’s one of those restaurants where you can taste the care that goes into each dish.
