Today June the 19th my experience with Roma pizza has changed! I purchased a 10 piece chicken wing meal and received old chicken. When I called to inform the store about the old re-cooked chicken, the girl that answered the phone was very nasty and told me the chicken was fresh and I could not get a refund nor could I get replacement chicken! The nasty girl gave the phone to a nice gentleman who stated he is going to send someone to bring me a fresh order and they are going to pickup the order I received today.

Awful customer service and food ,when placing a order for a chef salad and 6 honey okay wing all flats well done,I came home with a chef salad with no egg , regular honey BBQ wing after being told the delivery guy took my food so I ask the man who took my order,do Roma put an egg in a chef salad,the answer was yes but we ran out,I the Custer said you should had said you all don’t have eggs and let me consider if I want it or not and still did not get my all flats well done.I will never spent my hard earn money to be disappointed again from this place
