Roma is such a cute little small town feel spot. The two brothers are awesome, and really put pride in their work. I got a half/ half masterpiece that came straight out of the oven that’s been seasoned by tons of orders. The pizza was perfect and freckled with those smoky char spots that only happen when dough hits serious heat. It’s the kind of crust you can hear before you bite it, that crisp to chew ratio. Definitely other great looking items to try next time in the area.

My son found this place about a month ago with his mom. He said this was the place we had to go when I was up visiting him because the pizza and food were great. He was correct the pizza was fantastic and the Italian subs we took for later were also very good. The staff were super friendly and great to talk with. I would recomend any one looking for great pizza and food in torrington stop in and visit them.

After ordering from this place consistently for years, just got off the phone with one of the family owners after I ordered a well done pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was done in a normal oven instead of the brick oven style I am used to ordering everytime, the garlic knots were also not “well” done as they are usually when I order. I call to let him know and he calls me confusing and told me there was absolutely nothing he could do, no refund, no redo on another day. Sometimes you can expect this from a chain but I’ve never complained or given any issue before and now Im left 30$ out and basically inedible food because I confused him by asking for it well done? Thanks guys I think I’ll hit Marzanos next time.
EDIT, The day after: It says to reach out so you guys can try to rebuild trust, I called and after letting them know why I called someone else told them to hang up on me. Obviously you were never gonna try to rebuild anything and your Google reply is just to save face, if you’re ever thinking about ordering here think again Theyre consistent with being rude to customers with complaints.

Cozy cozy cozy neighborhood pizza place! My tuna grinder was a bit heavy with lettuce, and the tomato slices were on the thin side, but why quibble? The tuna was tasty and the bread was as soft as my Nonna’s cheek.

Ordered online for delivery. The pizza is burnt, the garlic knots are overcooked. Also the chicken wrap has so much cheese you can’t taste the ranch and the chicken is very chewy. They came within the delivery window and seemed nice. However I was not happy with the quality of the food for the price.

My mom and I went here after being unsure where to go and hearing good things about it. Her spaghetti and meatballs were delicious and the pizza was excellent. The prices are also incredible.
Having gone here multiple times now I can safely say this is the best pizza in torrington. Delicious taste to all the ingredients and you get that brick oven crisp.

Amazing pizza Great atmosphere but I’m going to have to deduct a star for service because they refused to add the amount of toppings that I wanted
Imagine that a pizza restaurant that restricts how many toppings you can put on your pizza did you think I put like 50 toppings on it? Nope 5, 5 was too much because they complained that it would “not cook right” despite the fifth topping being tomato which I don’t give a shit if it doesn’t cook right
That needs to not be a thing, I don’t care if it’s “not cooked right” if I want it I’m the customer that’s what I should get I’m paying you money

Easily the best brick oven wood fired pizza in West Connecticut, the staff is very friendly and have always been on time with my pies, and the taste? Well, it’s swore me off ever having chain or frozen pizza ever again, hell I have even gotten snobby when it comes to other Mom & pops stores because to me they (Roma’s) are the standard. The place is small, they have only one sit down booth, so pick up or delivery is recommended.
