We used to love this location. We went out of our way every morning to stop here.
It’s steadily gotten worse (wrong orders, missing items, slow and abrasive service, you name it) and today was our last visit. I waited 20 minutes in the dining room (with a table that had a barking dog) for someone to help me. I was completely ignored while they fulfilled drive through orders (great job on those numbers I guess). I politely asked if someone could help me get my coffee. No.
I watched cars get in line for the drive through, get their orders, and be on their way over and over. No help.

I go to this location ALL the time but now they have new workers, its gotten so much worse. A few teenagers that do not care at all and i have to wait upwords of 30 minutes for my mobile order. its genuinely so bad ive been almost late to work in the afternoon cuz it used to be i would order at my house, and by the time i got there it would be ready for me. Now some weird emo teenager takes 5 yrs top make my order and i even sometimes have to ask about my order for them to even start. not going here anymore.fr sybau ts pmo.

I’m a big fan of Dunkin’s but usually purchase from the one near CVS – with a great staff and great food. However, when walking the bike path, this one across from Valvoline is handy. Unfortunately, the staff here doesn’t seem to pay attention to mobile orders. Today, when I walked in they were surprised to see me waiting for a mobile order and only then started to process the order. I’m sure that this isn’t how mobile ordering is supposed to work and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Needless to say, I didn’t wait for my order. Perhaps this location shouldn’t participate in Dunkin’s mobile orders or the rewards program

On my way to work I grabbed Dunkin’s, just as I was leaving I had a menstrual emergency. Walking in I was incredibly embarrassed. But when I notified a staff member she quickly ran to aid me with supplies.
I am incredibly thankful for the staff on duty today.
Whenever I order though the drive up or inside the staff are always incredibly kind, and fast. They always make my order perfectly every time.

Drive through in the morning is terrible ever since they changed shifts around. The guy taking orders is rude and rushes you and in turn gets the order wrong 75% of the time. Switched to honey dew, much better service and listening skills.

Ordered an iced dark roast coffee and it was all milk. Asked server to empty a bit out and put more coffee in to darken up and make more flavorful. She gave us attitude. Drink still very light after remake…
