Stopped here for lunch, they were very busy, but the staff were very efficient. My food was delicious. Nicely decorated, with clean restrooms, easy accessibility, plenty of parking. Outdoor seating area. Right off of I-81.

Picked this restaurant at random as we needed a break from driving. Food was excellent! I had the salmon salad which was delicious. My wife had the gyro. The gyro meat was very tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. We will stop here again.

We stopped on our way through pulling a camper. Plenty of parking and easy in and out off of the interstate. They are dog and kid friendly. We sat outside on shaded patio. The inside is beautiful and the food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and kind.

On a road trip and stopped in Stephens City the desk clerk at the Holiday Inn recommended Roma’s, she was so right. Quaint clean atmosphere and the waitress Mary so friendly and outstanding customer service. The pork slouvaki outstanding, hard to find pork slouvaki living in the south thought I would have to wait until I got to NY, thanks to Roma’s I didn’t have to wait. Every other dish that was walked past me looked outstanding. If you find yourself in or near Stephens City I highly recommend Roma’s.

We live in the local area and love Roma for its great food! But I also love that they support our community, Craig donated a gift card towards our food pantry auction without hesitation!! I have been seeing that this is place is always busy during dinner time so I decided to stop by for a Happy Hour after a long day working. When i walked in I was greeted by the bartender right away and asked how my day was. I then proceeded to order a drink which is an Old Fashioned and he made it really good. I tried their appetizer and it is absolutely amazing. Their crab dip and mushroom (appetizers menu) are absolutely insane. Not to mention the soup of the day. Over all Craig made my experience at this place an enjoyable one. Definitely coming back here with my husband

This is a casual Italian restaurant with just the right vibe to make you very comfortable. Great service and a varied menu with at least two specials offered every day. This is our go to restaurant rather for lunch or early dinner. We have never been unhappy with any of the meals that we’ve had here. Their pizzas are excellent and perfectly prepared. The Italian and some Greek dishes are to die for! They have a full service bar for cocktails and some very good wine selections. Not gourmet and not fast food…This place hits just the right medium. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

Horribly disappointed
This is my third time eating at the Stephens City location—and possibly my last
We came on a busy Friday night—having spent almost a decade as a server I tend to be patient and understanding. However tonight’s experience doesn’t have much excuse.
We ordered as soon as we were able but didn’t get our food for almost an hour later—and not a single person stopped to apologize or explain. We had to flag people down to bus our table from the dirty glasses, salad bowls, and appetizer, as well as beg for drink refills.
The food was incredibly disappointing. My chicken picatta was congealed and crusty from having sat under the heating lamp so long. My husband’s spaghetti was absolutely tasteless. My son ordered a salmon Caesar salad and we had to ask 3 different people before the salmon was delivered that went with the salad. The salmon was crusty, and it obviously also sat under the heating lamp for way too long.
Not a single apology. Zero customer service. Incredibly disappointing food (I traveled 20+ min for the chicken picatta and it didn’t even resemble what I got from the same restaurant the last two times)
$150+ wasted

We had the lunch special. It was very good. The waitress was very nice, however, she did not check to make sure our food was ok, until we had almost finished. I really wanted a side of Ranch dressing to go with my homemade potato chips.
