The sesame chicken was crispy and not soggy like some places. The kimchi was some of the best I have ever had. The portions are bigger then I thought they would be. Everything was very flavorful. The staff super friendly people. Can’t go wrong here. I would give 10 stars if I could.

This is a very nice food truck in Downtown Farmersville, the owners are very friendly and the Food is delicious, I ordered the lomein shrimp and it was cooked in the spot I could smell it wile it was being cooked! The ingredients are Fresh, the Mango Jasmine tea it was a little too sweet for my taste!

I recently visited the Rolling Noodles & Dumplings food truck in Downtown Farmersville, and I must say, the experience was delightful! I would rate it a solid 4 out of 5.
Starting with the orange chicken, the sauce was spot-on—not overly sweet, with a zesty hint of orange peel that popped up now and then. The chicken mix did include both dark and white meat, which wasn’t my preference since I tend to steer away from dark meat, but it was still quite palatable.
The fried dumplings were decent. A few were a bit too hard, but overall, they held up well with a good flavor that complimented the main dishes.
Now, the standout for me was definitely the lo mein. It was hands down the best I’ve had in the area, surpassing options from Greenville, Princeton, Rockwall, and even Garland. It had just the right amount of seasoning and a great texture that kept me coming back for more.
Overall, Rolling Noodles & Dumplings offers a comforting taste of Chinese cuisine right in the heart of Farmersville. I’m already planning my next visit for that lo mein!

This food truck is amazing. Food is great. I have tried a few different things and all have been really good and fresh. My favorite is the orange chicken and it’s probably the best I have ever had. Owners are also super nice and are able to get the food out really quickly. If you are anywhere close by you should definitely give it a try. Well worth the drive!
