The folks at Rollin Smoke are some of the nicest you’ll meet. They’ve been some of my favorite BBQ since I first tried them a few years back. Their normal menu is fantastic, but if you have a chance to get the burnt ends, you better run before they sell out. There’s a reason they’re the home of sold out bbq!

I ordered the loaded fries (1 with pulled pork and 1 with brisket) the past two times I have gone and to say AMAZING doesn’t feel like a strong enough adjective. The fries are cooked (and seasoned) to perfection so they still have a nice little crunch on the outside with a soft center even though they are LOADED, the pulled pork and the brisket are moist and tender (definitely no dry meat here!) to the point the brisket just falls apart ( ), and all of the sauces that go on top of everything (u can choose which sauces u want or get everything like me ) are good enough to eat with a spoon. And the portion size can definitely make more than 1 meal. Shawn and Renee are so friendly and willing to explain anything on the menu. It’s obvious they really love doing this and really care about their customers. I recommend this business to everyone that enjoys great food!

This place answered all of our questions regarding gluten perfectly and very efficiently. They reassured us the whole time of their entire process and was very helpful. Rollin meets was serving at our local brewery. Immediately when I walked in I was drawn by her incredible smell. We got a side of collard greens, 2 smoke bowls with Mac n cheese, one with half brisket and half chicken and the other with half brisket half pork. The food is amazing. The meat is tender, the sauces are so flavorful, the Mac n cheese was perfect and the collard greens were exploding with flavor. Our baby loved it and made the cutest face when she first savored it. The chef and his assistant were so sweet. 10/10 experience, flavor and will definitely be coming back!!

This is absolutely THE BEST bbq I’ve ever eaten! I got the brisket sandwich with tiger sauce and it was amazing…so tender and flavorful! If this truck is in your area, you’ve got to try it! I would eat their food everyday if I could.
