I visited this location and the guy behind the counter was standing there writing stuff down and singing loudly. I stood there for a good bit to let him finish writing, but he continued singing and writing stuff down. I finally said ” excuse me, do I order here?” He SLOWLY responded “yea”. I told him what I wanted then he SLOWLY started walking to the grill while shaking his head and looking at the 7-11 cashier. Not sure what’s going on there, but I told him nevermind and walked out. I won’t be returning.

I was at this location on the phone with my coworker asking him what he wanted and the lady taking my order told me that I couldn’t be on the phone asking what they wanted while being waited on. The review that was posted before mine is very accurate. I know at least 9 or 10 people that are boycotting this location just because of this rude lady. I’m sure if she was gone from this location they would make so much more money. If I know 9 or 10 people myself how many more are boycotting this location due to her unprofessional attitude.

Worst laredo taco in Texas. Flour tortilla are the smallest ever. It used to be 2 corn tortillas instead of 1 Flour tortilla now is only 1 corn tortilla and for the same price (expensive, not worth it) and with bad attitude. Customer service is horrible. There’s real taquerias around don’t go here.

I placed an order for 2 bacon egg taco with a side of potatoes. Did the order on ubereats. After 45 mins got a call to say they had no potatoes and tacos came burns and not able to eat them for the smell. Horrible service ever.

I have been to this location several times and have been happy with the service until this lady started working at this location. I ordered a burrito from this place and according to the menu online the burrito comes with cheese. This lady. The manager insists that they charge extra for cheese. I asked her if I was incorrect on what I was reading from their menu and she was as usual rude and dismissive. She just told me that they charge extra for cheese so I walked out without the breakfast burrito that is supposed to come with cheese. Sorry but I will no longer be buying from this location which sucks because it’s so close to my work.

As I entered the 7 eleven the cashier didn’t seem friendly. So I bypassed that register and went to Laredo Taco. My review is for them. Smiles , Great Service, and Great food. These guys here have an amazing attitude and we’re willing to smile for the camera. You need some good food in a hurry. Stop by and give them a try, I’m 98% sure you’ll enjoy it.

I ordered food through door dash. 6 tacos and chips & salsa & pico. There was no salsa, no pico. There is no number listed for them so I come in person and they have so much attitude about it. The 7-11 cashier asks if they forgot. No one from the taco place speaks to me or even acknowledges me.no apology, no eye contact. the girl hands me my sauces with a sour face. I will not be back if I was not rude in any way and they couldn’t even give me minimum customer service.

As members of the Red Oak Area Chamber, we love to work with members for our different events, so we had Laredo Taco cater a luncheon for 60 people. Food was fantastic (Tacos, rice, beans, chips, and salsa bar). Not only did they come in $2-$4/person under budget, we had tons of leftovers, and we’re able to donate the rest to local first responders.
