I’m giving them 4 out of 5 stars because I’ve usually had great experiences here. However, today my order didn’t come out quite right. I asked for a pumpkin spice coffee with oat milk, half sweet—but as you can see from the photo, it definitely wasn’t half sweet! I realized the cup didn’t have “half sweet” marked after I had already crossed the Spillway, so turning around wasn’t an option.
This was a medium coffee with a tip—almost $10—for something way too sweet. I actually had to brew some coffee and mix it in just to make it drinkable! I still really like this coffee shop and plan to return, but it might help if baristas confirmed or read back the order before handing it over. That small step could make a big difference in keeping the service as great as it usually is.

Great spot to grab some coffee (or tea!) while you’re out and about near the reservoir. The Southern Charm (hot or cold) is my favorite!

I guess I’m gonna have to give up on Rollin Beans Spillway Rd. Brandon, MS. Great Service, Good Flavor, but every time I’ve tried them, I ask for extra hot. I get it and pull off to taste barely warm. It’s very unsatisfying to pay the upper scale price for a coffee to be disappointed!!!

Cute double drive-thru coffee shop made from a closed gas station. Mocha Frappé was smooth and delicious, service was great and wait time was nice and short. A couple of picnic tables give you a spot to enjoy the nearby trees if you want to eat or drink while you’re here as well.

The 1st time I drove through I was offered the option to add more lavender to my drink, they were extremely friendly and wanted my opinions. Every drink I’ve gotten there since has been delicious and given to me with a very friendly face. Would definitely suggest this to someone looking for good quality coffee!

Two words: giant straw
The amount of joy I derive from the straw I received with my frappe is significant. The coffee is great but even better when you get to drink with the big straw. Totally feel like a real adult now that I can gulp my coffee down at twice the speed. See attached photo to check the diameter of this bad boy!!

The barista who took my order was excellent. It was early in the morning and she was so cheery! Their muffins are great and their drinks are great if you like drinks on the sweeter side. I would highly recommend going here even if it’s just for the high quality service!

Any coffee shop I go to I only get a frappe and here I tried the white chocolate frappe no whip topping 2 days in a row! It was okay just to milky for me. If you don’t want the big ole shake straw be sure to ask for a smaller one!

Blasé Barista at best.
The drink menu wasn’t exciting. Not many espresso drink options to choose from & I was lead to believe the “drinks” were more or less powders to begin with. So I tried to justify paying over $5 for 16 oz of water & SwissMiss (more or less). And the option of getting an espresso with hot water???? Espresso is mixed with cream or milk foam, but espresso is generally made from hot water so I failed to see the point of paying extra for espresso with hot water!! Nice employees but that’s about it. I’ll spend my money on coffee elsewhere.
