Thus low key place is over the top on all categories. Now we all know they have been recognized and been awarded…. But they don’t act like it. They still serve every customer just as great as there first when the originally opened. They are humble, polite, generous with the sauces lol. Definitely will be back

Food was very very salty. I love birria and found this spot on our visit to Tucson. The birria tasted as if they mixed old birria with a new batch. They advertise tequila but didn’t have any on our visit just margarita mix that was pre-made. There was a family there and seemed as if they knew the employees few came over to talk to them but they had kids that were running in n out of the restaurant very loud. Kind of distracting. There really is no table service you order your food as you get there sit down and they bring tou the food but thats it. Wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

I enjoyed the decorations inside the restaurant. My pizzadilla birria was excellent,.and my friend did a fried egg.roll thing. . Horchata was tasty. I would definitely try to come back for a happy hour.

My fiancé and I are visiting from Atlanta and wow, I’m genuinely sad to not have a Rollies back home! I have a severe shellfish allergy and I’m over the moon that this establishment was shellfish free on our visit. We shared a birria pizzadilla, chicken rollies and birria rojo cheesy and every bite left us wanting more – 5 stars all around. We got in for an early dinner at 5 pm on a Friday and enjoyed dinner on the patio as more patrons trickled in. The next time we’re in Tucson, we’ll definitely be stopping by again!

Ordered to go from online, so can’t really talk to the atmosphere. But the food was ready pretty much right when I arrived and the person at the counter was cheerful and eager to help, even though it was about 15 minutes away from the end of her shift.

I recently just celebrated my one year in Tucson and I’ve been recommended this place numerous times but figured let me go try and boy they did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. I have the chicken roll tacos with everything on it. Then I tried the Bria Rojo cheesy taco and when I tell you, they hate me. I definitely will be going back

Atmosphere is awesome i was definitely looking forward. the service is slow. The food lacks flavor the birria Ramen was cold and to oily I was really looking forward to it but disappointed.
The birria rolls and chicken were oily as well which was interesting since its fried maybe the oil was low heat. The one thing we loved the nacho sauce that came with chicken.
Also order 2 orders flat enchiladas only received 1 we took the flat enchiladas order to go so we couldn’t go back.
