They messed up our food order back in August and had an aggressive employee take our phone to the back. Never got our food or a refund. And my family and I ate there daily. Spending over 50 a day. Will never go back. And we haven’t since. We’ve saved hundreds of dollars not eating here anymore. And thanks to that employee who messed our order up. Then took my phone and card to the back of the restaurant for god knows what. When asked for my refund I was told they couldn’t do it there. When contacted customer service. They said the only way to get my refund was through the physical shop. I was lied to. Food and money stolen. My phone was weirdly taken to the back, to where I couldn’t see it anymore…. I will continue not to eat here as my money was stole and lied to in my face.

The food is ok. It tastes like McDonald’s. Their frappes taste too sweet to me compared to other McDonald’s. The service is usually friendly & quick. The inside is generally sticky & gives the perception of unclean.

I’m honestly done with this McDonald’s. The last three times I’ve ordered from this location—whether through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or in person—they’ve messed up my order the exact same way. I always request a Big Mac with no cheese and no onions for dietary reasons, and they still get it wrong every time.
What makes it worse is that they put the correct sticker on the box, but the food inside doesn’t match the order at all. Either cheese is still added, onions are still on it, or both. I’m lactose intolerant, so when they get it wrong, it’s not just an inconvenience—I literally can’t eat it and end up wasting my money.
Today I even used the app and sent my wife to pick it up, thinking that would help… and it was still wrong.
This location does not pay attention to orders, and it’s beyond frustrating. I hope management sees this because the quality control here needs serious improvement.

It was like any other McDonald’s but the employee running the food was amazing! She was kind, energetic and seemed to be in top of things! So refreshing! Great customer service, bravo! We were there Sunday the 28th of September if the manager would like reference.

Technically, I always eat here, but I feel the service was worse. The waitress didn’t listen to what I was saying, she was waiting on others, and every time I told her what I wanted, she didn’t give it the right name. I wanted to pay quickly, but the waitress took forever. I ordered a Mocha frappe, and she gave me a caramel frappe.

Some how was able to order a product they “don’t have”. Wasn’t given the substitute either. Beverages are watered down. Absolutely worst location I’ve been to. It’s an ignorant amount of ketchup and no other condiment but ketchup on my quarter pounder. Just unedible
