This place is a really nice, small bistro style italien restaurant.
The decor is delightful and inviting and the place is well cleaned and maintained.
The food is good and the portions are big. They have traditional Italian classics and they are done well.
My only critique is too much cheese on everything that comes with cheese, it drowns the other flavors.
Plate Presentation is elegant yet rustic and the service is very friendly and helpful.
The garlic bread is amazing! So are the eggplant rollatini.

It’s hard to rate a place like this because the price is more than I’d like to spend, per-person, to judge based on menu variety and quality of different menu items.
Was not impressed with the Chicken Alfredo. Not even a little. The flavor was washed-out and bland, I ordered the noodles al dente and they were on the softer side. They also tasted like they’d been sitting in a pot or maybe they used city water to boil, the taste was off and slightly chlorinated. The portions were big which was nice.
The garlic rolls/knots were harder than they should’ve been.
The Cream of Chicken soup though was extremely good. Very flavorful.
The service was fine, I got take-out.
The price point was higher than I’d like to pay for food that doesn’t impress me.
The atmosphere was very nice, I could definitely see bringing a date here and giving the restaurant another chance but not anytime soon.

It seems like most people cater this restaurant but we dined in. We were the only people in the restaurant the entire time except for one person who came to pick up a mobile order. Started off with the toasted ravioli appetizer. I had the calamari marinara dish which was delicious. We had a side of the roasted potatoes as well just to try them. Amazing Italian food. A little bit hard to find as the restaurant is very tiny and on the corner of a mall. The sign is tiny as well. Definitely worth trying.

I had my wedding at Chef Victor’s venue the Promenade on the River in Port St. Lucie. It was very last minute and we had only 2 weeks to plan. From the moment I met Michelle she made me feel comfortable and assured me that everything would be perfect and she kept her word. The organization and professionalism were evident from the very beginning to the end of our wedding day. The venue was elegant, the food was great and our guests are still talking about the great time they had. Cocktail hour was flawless and the bartender did a fantastic job keeping the drinks flowing. I could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend Rollatini Catering to anyone looking for a beautiful venue, outstanding service and great food. I would also like to shout out Alejandro who assisted me throughout the day…he was amazing and definitely loves what he does. Thank you Alejandro!! Thank you to the whole team for making our wedding day amazing!

Wonderful, traditional Italian cuisine with many authentic dishes to choose from. “The pizza is amazing!” Tucked away in a corner of the plaza this little gem of a restaurant is very comfortable with an overall romantic vibe. Great service from all of the employees. It is obvious everyone takes a great amount of pride in what they do.

COME IN! I have traveled all over the world and there’s no space that holds authenticity quite like Rollatini. The first bite into the shrimp bruschetta I was smiling ear to ear. The freshness tasted like a refreshing lemonade on a summers day. Next was the creamy chicken soup. Amazing. I can imagine Nonna making this during a sick day.
