Had dinner here with my wife and ten year old son. Great fun having the chef prep the food in front of us at the tables. The food is good without being fine dining. The sushi was very good and freshly prepped. Portion sizes are perfect without being overwhelming. We left pretty full.

Atmosphere is good. Restaurant is beautiful. Good quality is good. Service was not good on our first visit. We sat at the sushi bar and ordered before the bar was full. We also ordered from the regular menu. We never received our sushi order. I told the main sushi chef to cancel our order as it’s been and hour. He apologized. Apparently they prepare some of the sushi in the kitchen and not at the sushi bar and it was the kitchens fault.
We expect a higher level of service, especially when sitting at the sushi bar and ordering sushi. In the end the sushi chef gave us part of what we had ordered on the house. A nice gesture.
It was valentines day and so I am sure the kitchen was a bit stressed.

I found this place through google reviews. This sushi place dis not disappoint. The ambience was perfect for date night and indoor heating lamps were keeping my wife and I warm and cozy. We ordered the yellowtail sashimi, cauliflower, and some speciality rolls that did not disappoint. I highly recommend this place for date night or a night out with friends!

One of my favorite restaurants by sunset strip. Went there for lunch – recommend making reservations prior. Ordered the don buri bowl and it was a lot – but it was lean so if you’re on a diet ( minus the rice ) it’s perfect, matcha mule was such a witty take on the moscow mule, and lastly their matcha smores was really a great ending to your meal.

Terrible service experience for our family dinner tonight. The beer served wasn’t chilled, when we asked for it to be replaced with a Diet Coke, the drink gets served after our dinner is done! The person waiting our table recommends Sea Bream not knowing it wasn’t available with the Sushi chef! The host then offered a replacement dish on the house, which was nice of him, but by the time the dish reached our table it was another 15 minutes. And not to forget, the billing took another 10 minutes. All in all, a very forgettable experience!

Beautiful place. Delicious food and gracious service. We were treated so well by the bartender as we sat in the gorgeous bar lounge. My guest and I left floating on Cloud 9. We highly recommend the Executive Bento Box at lunch. Wow!
