Felt like 3 stars due to service time, waiting time and food delivery time main issues was one waiter for 10+ people I felt like he was overwhelmed and I tipped big for it poor guy was trying to seat serve and service everyone all at once besides that food was decent menchiladas need help so simple no love or anything just a plain beer with some poor premade mix

The decoration and art pieces from mexican culture and the tables that are a piece of hand made art on its own makes this place a very interesting one to visit. On my last visit I ordered a cheese and a chicken enchilada, no rice… it was very tasty, the server was friendly (though maybe a better way to carry the drinks these days is advisable). Still recommend you to visit it.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called in a reservation for a party of 22 and was told the banquet room would be available for us. When we got there, they would not honor the reservation. I had TWENTY guests with me to celebrate a birthday and they refused to accommodate us in the banquet room although it was available. They stated they needed a deposit days in advance, additional fees, and said they would have to use special plates in that room… WHAT?!?!? None of this was stated when I called in the reservation. In order to serve us, they insisted we break up our party and sit at separate tables in the main room. Typically restaurants will at least move some tables around to sit a large group, and they weren’t even willing to do that. Out of principle, we didn’t want to eat at a restaurant that would treat their customers like that. We ended up circling town trying to find someplace that would accommodate such a large group in short notice. I wouldn’t give this place any stars. We ended up at Sal’s just around the block.

Walked in to be seated for breakfast. The waitress assigned us a table, but it was dirty. I went to ask her to clean the table she said, “You can sit we will clean it in a bit. Who wants to sit at a dirty table? She finally cleaned the table and left it wet. There were only 3 families at the restaurant it wasn’t even busy. We end up walking out. Disappointed with the service

I have gone to this restaurant in the past and it was actually pretty good. I went in recently and ordered a bowl of menudo. You could tell the menudo was old and the meat was overcooked and burnt. Menudo should always be made fresh.
