I honestly would give it all 5’s, just a 4 when it comes to service because I just am someone who likes communication and although it was good and communication was good for the most part, it was stressful not paying our invoice until Tuesday the week of our wedding. We were overcharged $700 and it took almost two weeks or so to get the money back. Guests said they ran out of ice, so they had to go to the bartender for ice by dinner. There seemed to be some confusion about who was gluten free and who was not and I said who was at which table with allergies 2 or 3 times. Other than that, the food was AMAZING, they are excellent with setting up, they set up the venue before we got there the day before our wedding and it looked phenomenal!!!!! Everyone loved the food, and honestly, with everything they include in the package, their price is unbeatable. They include practically everything but charger plates and cups!!! Rodney tries to make it as easy and flexible as possible, and he does!!! I am so happy we chose them for our caterer for our wedding!

What a great find, just off the beaten path, and worth it! Portions are crazy big, so plan on having plenty of leftovers when you leave here. My staple every time I see it, wherever I am is chicken parmesan and this one did not disappoint! Great service too, so if you’re near here, make sure you stop by!

It was packed with customers on a lunchtime Thursday, mid November, but I got waited on in only a few minutes. Plenty of parking, but only a couple of available spaces. I would recommend a reservation, especially for larger parties. The melt-in-your-mouth Icelandic Scrod (cod) entree I ordered was a very generous portion, and it came with a choice of one vegetable, for only $12.95.

OMG, the best restaurant we have been to in a very long time. People were super friendly, even though they were busy as heck. Waiter, Michael, very nice and helpful. Food was out of this world. The Bleu cheese dressing was the best I have ever had. Kim had buffalo chicken Flatbread. Brandon had the special burger, he loved it and even said he wished he could eat 2. I had the stuffed pork chops, OMG, it was wonderful. Would we go back, you bet ya! Reservations not required, but a really good idea. Oh yeah we had dessert and we loved those also.

Rodney’s is a wonderful restaurant to go for consistently good food, and great service when you dine in. Take out, lately has been sub par at best. My last 3 take out orders, my food was incorrect. Not incorrect as in “I got lasagna and ordered wings”. Just annoying incorrect. They arnt big take out orders. Just some wings, in their sweet hot sauce AND seasoned w/ blu cheese on the side. And my wings or tenders have either not had the blu cheese, or not been seasoned/sauced at all. Today I ordered tenders, sauced and seasoned with blu cheese. I pick my order up, drive down the road, check my tenders, and they are plain tenders. No seasoning no sauce. I turn around, wait in traffic, pull in and I show the cashier my receipt and my tenders. Instead of saying “my apologies, I’ll take care of it.”. I’m told “oh she put the sauce on the side.” If that’s the case, they still arnt seasoned, and there was no sauce in the tenders container or the blu cheese and celery container. Don’t lie. Just make it right. She takes the tenders back, douses them in sweet hot sauce and says “here you go, they are drowning in sauce now.” Still unseasoned. Is this enough for me to never return? No. Is this enough for me to check my orders now on every order before I leave the parking lot. Absolutely.
Update: general manager reached out to me, was apologetic, and wanted to make my experience right. – this goes to show that Rodney’s does care about their customers and want to make sure they keep staying one of the most consistently great restaurants in the area!

Rodney’s is so good. We had such a great experience there. The service and atmosphere were excellent and the food was delicious!
I had the Reuben sandwich and my Mom had the hot turkey sandwich. Both were so good, prepared with fresh, high quality and tasty ingredients. The wedding soup was full of flavor. The fried portobello appetizer was a real star dish. It’s a unique and fun food to share. Dining here was just an awesome experience and I’d love to go back!

My husband made a reservation and we was running late and they still accommodated us. Instantly welcoming I must say. Our waiter was very very good. I wish we could of gotten his name; tall and older. His service was impressive. Gave us a sample of sauces with fries for us to try before we get flavor on the actual order we put in. Didn’t forget anything when it came to accommodating our personal order, even the order to go. I really appreciate not only his customer service but the atmosphere of the other workers.
Food was very good. Well worth the hour away drive from home. We got the spicy wings, steak Stromboli, buffalo chicken flatbread, appetizer mozzarella sticks, buffalo chicken sandwich and some drinks. Very very good. Even the sauce on everything was very good. It was a very busy Monday night, but they were able to seat us in just a few minutes. The staff and server were all extremely nice and were all clearly working so hard to manage the volume. The pastas were huge, hot, and delicious and resulted in a lot to take home. The zucchini and crunchy hot pepper apps were also really good and plentiful. The steak salad was cooked to a nice medium and the onion straws were delicious. Homemade salad dressings are always a bonus and the wedding soup looked amazing. It was really loud in the dining room, which was tough with some members of our party, and parking was a challenge given how busy it was.
