Drive thru – cashier was pleasant. The person handing over the food/drink did not say one word. The reason for the low score is the food value. I ordered large drink and fries and the fries were half empty. Didn’t realize until I drove off. Do better.

When thru drive thru. Had a large ordered so asked to move up to the line slot #5 to wait. Waiting from 1:21pm until a ridiculous 1:57pm!!!! Tried calling, but no one would answer the phone. Spoke to the kid delivering food (3 times about my order) to the other 6 cars that were also waiting that all got their food before us!!!! The 3rd time the kid comes to me he asked for our receipt because they can’t find my order. Manager finally brings my order and lamely apologies. No offer of any kind made to make things better…..ie coupons for free stuff!!!

I did drive through, went to the outside lane. Watched 3 cars get orders on the inside lane. Still waiting and now I’m yelling at the speaker. Finally give up and go to the pay window #1 and explain why I’m here without an order and was told I couldn’t order at the window! Did I miss something, aren’t they talking to the people at the speaker while taking your money anyway? And they can’t take an order at the window?

This place is an absolute disaster. Look at the signs. It’s supposed to be open 24 seven. The girl that answered said she was not taking orders right now because there’s no one else there and she can’t do it. Horrendous.

I am a DoorDash deliveryman. I was in the NE establishment to pick up an order on Wed., Aug. 16, 2023. First off, the service is absolutely atrocious. Nobody comes up to ask which order was being picked up. Secondly, several of the store personnel were involved in an ongoing argument that escalated to F2F confrontation in the back of the house ( still visible and audible to customers). Then, it progressed to employees making threats against each other as well as obscene language. Other employees were smiling and laughing at it all. No action by any kind of manager or lead to stop the incident.

As bad as it gets. They recently gave me a sandwich with a bun that was literally as hard as a rock. Try to call and complain? Good luck with that. They don’t answer the phone. Email corporate and corporate doesn’t seem to want to get involved. For past complaints, they’ve assured me that the restaurant manager would call me back. No one ever does. Goodbye, McDonald’s. There are l lot of other choices. This restaurant is pathetic! Avoid like the plague!

Sorry but this is deserved. It’s sad we have just come to expect it to be normal for fast food orders to be wrong. I just don’t get how you can get it soooo wrong. We didn’t get literally half the order. With how often it happens, there is no excuses at this point.

The older lady that was cleaning the bathroom, cleaned it the best I’ve seen in years.however food and drinks are horrible. I literally threw my coffee away and went to Duncan to replace it. Happened two different recent days. Younger staff needs someone who can in force fast food customer service skills with the staff, including food prep.
