So this was our first time here and it was for our anniversary. First off, they did nothing for our anniversary. The hot bar was good, and so was the salad. The food, on the other hand, that they brought out wasn’t cooked properly for me, and lots of it had burnt taste. We sat there for a 1/2 hour before they even brought my drink out and had to ask for 3 times. They didn’t fill up my water after I asked. The server seemed To act like you’re not important if you’re not in a big party because there was a party of 10 next to us and they paid more attention to them than us even though we kept stopping them. If I’m going to pay 50 bucks a person, I expect to get service and good food, neither of which I felt like I had.

I dined here with 3 other people on Aug 27, 2023. Food was great. Service was extremely poor. Hostess ran off and left us…couldn’t keep up. A guy came up and took our order. He brought our drinks to the table. Never saw him after that. Had to wave him down to request our check. He said he would get it. Waited about another 10 minutes. Never brought the check. Had to get up from table and get him as he left another table. When I asked for the check, he said, “Oh, did she not ever bring it?” I wasn’t sure who “she” was. Several minutes later, a girl brought the check. Apparently she was our waitress. We saw her wait on several other tables…walked past us numerous times…but she NEVER once came to our table. We asked if she was our waitress. She said she was our waitress, but she was busy, so the other guy was helping her out. He wasn’t much help…except when we tracked him down…and she had ample opportunity to at least check on us. Again, great food, but the staff could use some training!

This was my first time visiting Rodizio. For the price and hype I was expecting something truly unique and quality food. Our reservation was for 5:30 on a Monday, so I figured everything would be fresh. No. The salad bar food seemed like it was all made several days prior. A couple of the meats had a gamey flavor like they were on their last day. The atmosphere was just a hotel restaurant. Nothing special and kinda dated honestly. Awesome staff tho. Our bill was, with tax and tip, $120. Insane. We won’t be back.

I WON A DINNER FOR 2…and a T shirt! I am new to Chatta from Asia…so took one of my FPC Pastors there for lunch, NOT dinner. GREAT LOCATION…GREAT WELCOME…CLEAN/CALM, and THE BEST SALAD BAR I HAVE SEEN IN YEARS…and the meats were amazing too (and If you are NOT a meat eater…GO ANYWAY!!!)

Fantastic as usual! I always stop by whenever I’m in Chattanooga, especially since the tragedy that happened to the one in Nashville. They have great side dishes, and the meat choices are amazing. I love how many different options they have, so there is truly something for everyone. I tried the piña colada at my last visit, and it was very tasty and a great deal for the amount served. The service is amazing and very attentive. It is a great spot any time of day, but it would be perfect for an evening dinner date. Parking is not a hassle, and if you go on Sunday, the street parking is free. Kids under 3 eat free as well with an adult, so it is a great place for the family after visiting the aquarium. Highly recommend!

This was my first time eating at this place. It is the type of place where you pay a flat fee for the salad bar or the salad bar and unlimited meat. They keep coming around with skewers of meat and ask if you want what they have. The meat was great with over 13 different options and the salad bar was amazing too. The servers and atmosphere were great too. If I could give it a 4.5 I would though because the bathroom was not clean and they were out of hand soap. It made me wonder if the employees were washing their hands as the sign in the bathroom was asking. Other than that, it was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Also, lunch is cheapest.
