If you know GOOD food then you can’t deny this man’s skills!!! I’m a big fan of bbq and it’s extremely hard to please me but I’ve found my spot! The bark and flavor his bbq hold is amazing! I ordered the 3 meat and the plate didn’t make it home! Also the boudin eggrolls! Omg! I’m from Louisiana where Billy’s and Poches are the kings of boudin but when I say his has a perfect blend of both! It’s definitely a must try! I wish the best success for his journey because it’s hard to come by good food and this man has GOOD food! As well as sides! If you looking for REAL sides! He has them!!! The brisket melt in your mouth! His banana pudding is a must try as well!!!!!!! Definitely will be going back, again and again!

I had the Vegan chopped “Veef” at the Jersey Village town celebration on July 4th, 2022. It was excellent! They really know how to season Jack Fruit. My husband had the chopped beef on potato and he said it was very good.

I must say everything is sooooo good. I was driving up and down 1960 for almost an hour looking for this spot (fyi: I was driving faster than the directions from Siri ) but I TELL YOU WHAT the food is worth it. I am sitting in the parking lot of a shopping center now eating and typing this review. If you have any doubts about the food PLEASE get rid of it. Everything is good and reasonably priced. I ordered the Brisket Casserole for Christmas. I’d never heard of this business before until I was looking for a dish to add for Christmas dinner and I came across Rocos. I’m so glad I did!!! My dish was the only one that was completely gone! The dish was delicious and it was a loved item at Christmas dinner. You won’t be disappointed trying their food. You’ll be back for more.

I am NEVER disappointed when I order from here. I get the Sumo potato with everything and it’s like heaven. The intense smoke flavor of the sausage, brisket and ribs are enough to slap yo’ momma. I’m not even kidding. I will drive 45 min for this good food any time.
