Outstanding. Food was delicious and you could tell it wasn’t ultra processed like Chick-fil-A or Zaxbys. The cole slaw was delicious and the ranch is so tasty. The mild wasn’t too spicy to not enjoy it, but spicy enough to leave a little buzz on my tongue. The fries were well seasoned and the grilled chicken was very juicy. The cashier was very friendly and resolved an issue we had extremely well and professionally. The music was at a great volume to be able to talk with my partner but also hear it well. The place was relatively clean and I love that they take our dishes after we leave. The prices I think were reasonable for the amount we get. I would come again!

My friends and I came to celebrate my friend’s birthday and the food was amazing! But what I really want to talk about is how sweet and kind Miss Ebony was! She took fabulous care of my friends and I. And truly went above and beyond for us, really some of the best restaurant service that I’ve ever received. She was patient, accommodating, hilarious, with an amazing personality and story. I will be returning as soon as I’m possible to get some more of this good fried chicken and atmosphere and great service. My friends and I highly recommend the corn pudding, Mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, and the collard greens!

First impression is what makes the strongest impression, went tonight with my friend Eva and she and I were impressed with the Food, the woman who took our order was very friendly and willing to help us with the menu. Hands down the best fried chicken and chicken wings I’ve ever had. Crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every single time. I love the welcoming atmosphere — it’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer. The staff are always friendly and genuinely attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. The outdoor seating area is perfect, whether you’re enjoying a sunny afternoon or a cool evening with friends. Everything about this place feels comfortable, delicious, and consistent. I ordered a simple 3 tender combo to go. I waited in excess of 40 minutes for it. While the manager was around and checked on me several times (and said that they were still working on it) the rest of the staff was pretty inattentive during that time. It wasn’t even that high a level of traffic when I arrived.
When you wait that long for your food, you expect freshness, but that also was not the case. My fries were room temperature by the time I walked the 100 feet to my car.
I asked if the fries were seasoned and was told yes, but they weren’t even really even salted well.

10/10 experience. I’m from Chicago and stumbled upon the Greenville Rocky’s while on business. The ladies in there provided top notch service, proactively topping off beverages and bringing out all the containers so I could take extra biscuits, butter, honey and jam on the road. For the price point, this meal was excellent. If you’re looking for a high quality + quick meal and wanna support local, add this chicken shack to your list. You won’t regret it!

I don’t get the hype for this place. To me it was spicy salty chicken and I love spicy and salty but that’s all it was and not really all that flavorful. It was boring fried chicken. I like the place, the atmosphere, the staff, friendly, easy ordering and came to the table in a timely manner but that’s about it. I honestly found Dave’s hot chicken was better and that’s a franchise this place is independent with three locations mostly in NC. Maybe the NC locations are better but this place is not worth the $67 I spent on myself and my fiancee. Save your money. The only two things I really enjoyed here was the lemonade and the homemade biscuits, and Mac & cheese
