I told myself I wouldn’t go here again, but I gave it one more chance. You’re going to see food commercials and wish you went there instead. Food is mid. Service is actually not good. Atmosphere is just weird. I joined the group late. The server looked at the table and walked away. She didn’t even take my drink order. 10 minutes later she brings the food out and says I’ll be back to take your order and get you a drink. I ordered a seltzer. Took her an additional 10 minutes to get it. When I asked about it again, she said the bar is making it… it’s a canned drink. It’s understandable when a server is trying but isn’t doing the best. This server literally didn’t try and was delivering bad service. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but someone at corporate needs to step up and help this location.

Every time we come for a pickup order, there’s no one at the pickup station. We have to wait at least 10 minutes to get help and another 10 minutes to get our order. Employees in the dining area see us, but even when we call them, they ignore us.

I’ve done a pick up order a few times. EVERY time the order is AT LEAST 45 min (I’ve had to wait as much as a hour and 15 min!) past the time I’m supposed to pick it up. Not only are they inexcusably late, NOONE greats you when you walk in for take out. Currently there are 6 people in the take out room and no one has been seen. This is a Sunday, they aren’t busy, just lazy.

This was by far the worse dining experience I’ve ever had. It took 20 mins before someone took our drink order and she very seldom came to see if we needed refills. Also, the boneless garlic parm chicken was too peppery and the mac &cheese had too much parm in it. I haven’t been to a BWW in a while and I don’t plan to go back soon.

Hands down the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. Not just Buffalo Wild Wings, any restaurant, anywhere, domestically or internationally. The staff was rude, disengaged, and painfully lazy. We had a group of six and were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Our server walked away twice without taking my drink AND food order, only doing so after being prompted a third time, after all others at the table were taken care of. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. I was brought my check back twice without my card ever being charged. After waiting and waiting, I was motioned over to by the server, had to get up from the table and walk to the hostess stand to process my own payment —something no customer should ever have to do. Even then, the bill was still incorrect.
This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a major chain. This place is an embarrassment. Complete operational failure from start to finish. If management exists here, it certainly isn’t doing its job. I will never return to this location, and this experience has permanently put me off Buffalo Wild Wings as a brand.
Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

This was horrible for a Friday night.
Some food was cold, so much so the cheese didn’t even melt. Others was way overdone. And other food just forgotten and didn’t start making it till we said something about it.
Best thing was the sauce to go with the les than mid Wings.
Definitely not a spot to revisit.

Sat down with two other people. Ordered, food came out an hour later. My sandwich was great! The tots were cold. The boneless wi gs and fries were cold. Wait staff is the greatest but the management is terrible. A patron should not have to wait an hour for food food. My family has decided this location is dead and off our list. Will not go back anytime soon..

Was actually pretty good experience. Went there on a Monday afternoon at 630. I can see why the negative reviews.the hosts look to be college students. But hey the food is good and they got big TVs ! Our waiter checked on us multiple times even though there was a few rowdy bunch. Great place for family and friends! They don’t pressure you to leave so that’s good. Lots of room at the bar too! Als the Garlic wingless chicken was so good!!!!

Terrible as we arrive fairly empty restaurant we are told have to wait 20min to be seated no problem. The hostess said the manager told her this. As we get our table we then take 15min to receive our drinks again not very busy.
Ordered 2 appetizers only received 1. Upon receiving our food it was cold. After we waited almost 2 hours. As we are eating there is a roach crawling across the floor. There was a couple setting here they immediately left.
From out of town so normally never check reviews of buffalo wild wings normally across the country it’s a safe bet and pretty good. This is one of the worst establishments I have ever been at.
Again I hope the owner gets ahold of this just good feedback hopefully this place will turn around to get repeat 1st time customers.

The food took an 1 hour and 15 minutes to make for only 3 order of wings and 1 set of French fries, I sat for 38 minutes with a empty cups before being asking do I want a refill, and giving the wrong drink which I just drank so I didn’t have to wait for another a 38minutes. The wings arrived hard and cold. The waitress disappeared for about 30 minutes. Just go to “IN AND OUT” next door. Save 80 dollars , also be home an 1 early.
