Valentines Day was not a good day to use a gift card I had for Rocky’s. Only able to purchase heart shaped pizza, bread sticks and drinks. The heart shaped pizza was the size of a medium pizza so had to purchase two. They were $17.00 each $19.00 with tax. I picked up to bring home. The pizza was meh. Barely any sauce and doughy. The only good thing to say about the pizza was the sausage. I wanted to try their pasta, but couldn’t. Glad I had a giftcard! Would not eat here again.

It was my first time coming today. I wanted to see what the hype was all about and Iam lost. Pizza was greezy and way to under cooked. Couldn’t even cut it with it fallen apart Bread sticks were hard and broken in pieces 43 dollars and some change. Had to come home call supervisor wait for daughter brought it back they were very rude supposedly refunded money back I would of rather ate a sandwich I will never ever go back ever nor would I recommend sad part is when I called I told them I was a first time customer and if it’s good I will leave a good review and it was still nasty and just over all bad experience sucks. People don’t have money time and gas to waste won’t be returning I wish I could add the videos to show how under cooked and greezy it was

Awesome service—fast, friendly, and reasonably priced! The young man with short black hair who took my order(10/11/25) really knew how to do his job—well-spoken and clearly hardworking. We saw him doing multiple things while we were there and keeping everything running smoothly. We stopped in because my boyfriend saw it on Fox 9 News; he used to go to the one in Eau Claire, Wisconsin in high school. He always ordered the #1 combo and ordered it again today—so nostalgic!

Pizza slices were good but seemed like they sat on the warmer for a little bit, maybe next time I’ll order a whole pizza and it will be fresher. Cookie wasn’t that good, not hot or fresh like I expected, in a plastic see through wrapper, glad I didn’t get a dozen. Ppl working were very nice and always seemed to be doing something and staying busy. Seemed pretty clean.

This place brings me back to my younger days. The pizza has maintained a consistent taste since my first slice back in the 80s. Rocky Roccocos has good pizza that can’t be duplicated. It’s hard to explain and something you have to experience for yourself.

Ordered a large pizza double sausage pepperoni extra cheese other half pineapple and chicken. Would have hated to see what the normal cheese would have been and sausage. I had High Hopes it was as good as it was many years ago. Won’t be back sorry but not sorry

I wish I could give them 7 stars. I grew up in Rocky’s pizza, at the former Richfield location. I love Rocky’s, the pizza is amazing, the ambience is awesome. We drove 45 minutes to go here, and we would’ve driven to the Eau Claire location to get their pizza. My wife isn’t a huge fan of pizza in general and she said we can drive here every single time for pizza.

I really hate doing this because I love Rocky’s. But I’m mad. I have been going to Rocky’s for 15 years. This is my favorite pizza place. But today there was a snafu with an order and it wouldn’t go through and the coupon I used on it “disappeared.” This was a coupon I had on my account after I had already ordered a pizza because I was checking my rewards and saw it in my account. I decided my boyfriend could take a pizza home with him.
I got a call while I was heading to the restaurant and they said the order failed(?). What? So I was told to re submit. I tried once I got to the restaurant. The coupon had disappeared. There was confusion at the pick up window. I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. So basically they had already made a pizza and I told them to keep it. I only ordered it because I thought I had a coupon on my account. This coupon that I had just seen and submitted an order with just disappeared into the ether. I took the other pizza I had paid for and left.
Because the employees couldn’t take care of an issue or refused to, you guys lost out on a $20+ order and wasted a pizza. Great job alienating your fan base. You might want to re think your strategy and be like hmmm maybe I don’t want to scare my long time customers away, a $5 coupon is nothing for continued business. (Especially since there is a coupon flyer on the boxes that have $3 off a large pizza… Not a big leap.)
Also egregiously, my motherlode pizza was missing large patches of cheese. It’s not the motherlode if it’s missing cheese.
