We stopped here as our son was hungry after doing some shopping. He wanted pizza and ate the entire slice he got. I had the daily super slice and it was good, more food that I could eat. The breadsticks were also good and super fresh.

I have to restate what others have. The staff at this location (with a few notable exceptions) are not only unfriendly, but outright rude. I hadn’t been there in a long time, partially because of that, but also because this location can’t seem to con the pizzas all of the way through. I don’t know if it’s because they’re trying to rush to get pizzas out the door or what, but it’s been a consistent problem here. I love Rocky’s and it had been long enough since I’d been there that I thought due to turnover it might have improved. I was wrong. I’m writing this after I had to throw out the entire core of my pizza because, yet again, it wasn’t cooked all of the way through. But if you can find a good Rocky’s, treasure it. The pizza is really good if cooked.

the pizza were pre made. i get your inside the mall but my pizza slice was soggy like its been there all day, no flavor and was not worth the $8-9. i have a 5 year old and couldnt decide what she wanted, cashier seemed irritated and grabbed our pizzas and pretty much dropped it on the tray, when my wife had asked for a condiment the cashiers did get it but was rude about it.

I’ve been getting breadsticks and pizza here since I was a teen almost 20 years ago. I still love their food. Today they had 2 girls on register. They were friendly and attentive.

We ordered a Pizza over the phone with an hour advance we arrived to pick up the pizza at agreed time and it had not even been made they said a “system glitch” no apology no discount zero politeness they said it will be 25 minutes the “manager” was rude and inconsiderate and still offered no apologies

We normally love this place but they must’ve gotten new employees or something. We had an issue with a card and they were very rude about it and when we did get our food they gave us a broken tray so it fell on the floor. We expected an apology atleast but they just looked at us for a second and then walked away. On top of that the food was not up to their regular standards. All other times it’s been mouth watering but today gas station food would’ve been better. Friday June 13th 4 pm

The many times I have come to this place to order pizza for my kids, I swear the people that work have THE worst customer service ever. No smiles, “Hi!” or “Thank you!” or just even a polite conversation. Pizza is always a kids favorite go-to but if management doesn’t train their workers’ on customer service, y’all should not be working in the service industry at all. I get it. You’re only there for your paycheck, not to make friends with the customers but customer service is what brings service to your business. Do better.
