Went to get a super slice meal, was told 8 minutes, then asked about breadsticks, those were 15 minutes. This place is ridiculous, 6pm Friday night and they don’t have one piece of pizza ready and not one breadstick, guess I won’t be back

Absolutely horrific experience.
My dad brought my 3-year-old daughter to Rocky Rococo – New Berlin today, and they served her a carton of milk that had expired FOUR MONTHS AGO — in MARCH. It’s JULY.
Within minutes of drinking it, she began projectile vomiting inside the restaurant. It was terrifying. She’s a toddler — her little body couldn’t handle that level of spoilage. I’m beyond angry and heartbroken that a place serving families and children would be this careless.
How is expired milk from MARCH even still in your fridge? How is there no system in place to prevent something this dangerous from happening? This isn’t a minor mistake. This is complete negligence and a serious health risk.
And to make it worse, the staff showed zero urgency or compassion. No apology, no concern, no action. Just blank stares like this was normal.
This could have been a medical emergency. You’re lucky it wasn’t worse.
I will never set foot in that restaurant again, the health department WILL be notified — because clearly food safety is not being taken seriously.
Parents: BEWARE. If they’ll serve a toddler 4-month expired milk, they’ll serve anything.

Lady worker here was really rude and kind of ruined our experience as people who come here pretty often.
We sat in a booth on the side that had no sign or signal we could not sit there. There was a single sign hinting at the construction that was nowhere near the table but never said not to sit here. Lady comes out and tells us “by the way you aren’t suppose to sit there can’t you read the sign?” The sign DOESNT say to not sit here. We ask her if we should move and she proceeds to tell us “no.” Ok then why did you feel the need to act like we were dumb for not seeing the sign and sitting here?
She then proceeded to puppy guard the area to the new customers that came in and pointed at the sign at them and told them not to sit over here….
Maybe if you don’t want people sitting somewhere put signs on the table ; your sign did not say we couldn’t sit here and you had to evidently say “well that’s why we have a table blocking the one pathway” yet there’s no tables blocking the actual main entrance to the booth and no indication; just not cool being treated like we are dumb and having her purposely shame us by pointing at the sign to other customers like yeah they’re dumb don’t sit over there lol.

Ordered two #4 combos, both with the sausage and pepperoni super slice. The slices were fresh out of the oven, the breadsticks were soft and perfect. Had nacho cheese and marinara for the breadsticks and it was AMAZING!! Will definitely be coming here again with my family.

Typical pizza chain but buttery, doughy crust and great sausage make this a great occasional treat. The gal at the register offered me all the extras with my carry-out order; plates, utensils, napkins, red pepper flakes and parm. My large pie was hot and fresh upon arrival and they always have coupons in the weekly mailers so it’s a great value.

I took my grandkids to this location because they like pizza and I have been going from time to time since working there when I was in high school and college in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
My 3 and-a-half year-old granddaughter was served milk that expired in March!!! It’s July. About 5 minutes after she finishing eating, she started to vomit. She was so sad and miserable.
The manager could only say “that’s what they shipped me.” I told him it’s his job to check things. He walked away pathetic. There’s no way he just got milk dated in March.
To boot, the slices they had were old and they were out of others. The QC and bake process, handled by the manager this day, is terrible at this store. I have no doubt there are health violations at this location.
I understand good help is hard to find, but the manager is a disinterested pud who should not be managing a restaurant. His staff reflected him as only one of the three kids working had any clue what was going on, how to do anything or any motivation to try.
I’ve taken the grandkids to 3 Rocky’s locations now, including airport and Bluemound stores. The managers and help are mediocre to bad from store to store. I think this will be the last time we go, the stores are run down, there is no pride of work and the food quality is terrible now. We’ll be going to Ian’s exclusively now.
Rocky’s has fallen so far, ownership has no idea what it’s doing anymore, the new gen beancounter is just milking it for the cash at this point. It’s a shame.

The pizza is always fresh at this location and the people are great and accommodating. The manager and I believe his son used to work at the BBQ place out on Rawson Avenue in Franklin and they both have been extremely helpful everytime me and my family have dined in. Best location in the Milwaukee area!
