When my mother still drove she visited this bk daily for lunch and her daily pop. Mom hasnt drove now for 5 years, although I visit this location daily to get her a daily ” bk pop”. Shes nearly 93 now and her daily pop is one of few things she likes. While it is mostly just a pop order, the staff has been consistently very friendly over the years. She is very thankful for their generosity.

This location exceeded my expectations!! From the moment we ordered through drive thru the voice taking the order was kind, patient and attentive. When we received our order it was fresh with condiments and napkins on the bag. They have superb customer service skills and must have an awesome manager as well because the whole staff was happy and curtious. Thank you for showing me that customer service does exist with fast food and I definitely will be returning to this location.

Ever since this place opened they have never cooked the food the way I asked. I always order the food cook to order when I get the food it’s always room temperatured never hot. Today I ordered the SpongeBob meal and another meal I asked for the SpongeBob meal to be put in its own bag not in the bag with the other meal. They put both meals together anyway when I gave it back to the guy to separate it he had an attitude as if I cared. Then brought the SpongeBob meal in the box it belongs in which they should have done in the beginning. Their all lazy and does not do your order the way you ask

I went to this burger King on gibraltar rd today 10/11/25 , at 1pm and usually I get excellent service and food but today the kid behind the counter was less than polite and I have had nasty stomach pain ever since I ate there and just had some awful diahera and mind you I have not eaten since this meal so I’m thinking food poisoning. DON’T EAT HERE. ONE MORE THING, THE WHOPPER WAS COLD.

First time coming here was leary, at first because of the reviews but i must say i disagree with them..i used drive thur the lady at the window at 933am she was super nice and friendly that the kind of worker you want. Fresh food also,i will definitely come back for morning food with workers like that. I didnt get her name . Great attitude and personality

The food here is good, if not a little old tasting but every single time my family of 5+ orders from here, something is forgotten. They are very generous with their zesty sauce, not so much the onion rings. On a medium size order of halfsies you’d be lucky to get 5 onion rings….
