We ordered from here for lunch and after repeating myself 5 times that we wanted a pickup order, they still delivered it. Actually on my way out the door to pick the food up they delivered it. Then when I tell them I’m not paying the delivery fee they force me to pay it and the customer service was awful and rude. The person who I talked to on the phone which was the same one who made the mistake tried blaming it on me and was very dismissive and ignorant. They show back up at my door 30 minutes later asking for my card info since I didn’t have the cash to pay them ( was going to pay card picking it up) and still charged me delivery fee!
I am extremely disappointed in the service we got and the rude response we were given. Will never eat here again.

Although I would recommend them for pizza, I definitely do not recommend them for hot sandwiches. We ordered two sausage subs with extra peppers and onions. What we got were two sub rolls with a lot of cheese and some sauce. We both had to look for the meat on our sub. It looks like they took one sausage link and sliced it up and used it for a whole sub.. forget about extra onions and peppers. There wasn’t even any except for a few chopped pieces. Definitely stay away from the sausage subs. Are other person got the barbecue boneless wings. I don’t know if they are frozen however point being just some tasteless Chicken chunks with a basic barbecue sauce thrown on them. The desserts were good but I’m sure they come from someplace else. Again I really love their pizza but they totally messed up with our dinner yesterday. We won’t go there again except for pizza only

Ordered a pizza and a sub the order was ridiculously late was told 30 to 40 minutes got my food 1 hour and 30 minutes after I ordered the delivery driver texted me in a different language the food was cold sad thing I used to love rockys pizza now I wont get them again unacceptable

Order $50 of food from them. They forgot my pizza the first time…… after call they told my some story about the oven not working the. Was told i get it in 10 to 12 min. When they finally delivered the pizza it look like this Completely unacceptable very poor customer service
