This place has THE BEST WINGS! I am not a fan of chicken wings- I feel like they are always too soggy or cooked improperly- but not these guys. The wings are perfectly tender and crisp, the sauces are always so good. I would recommend the hot Parmesan and the medium hot. Love this place!
PS- if you are gluten free they have lots of options for you here! Most of the wing flavors are celiac safe- so go crazy!

Best wings I’ve found in Utah. There are definitely better wings out there, but as far as I’m concerned the wings are 9/10. Same with fries and tots, even dipping sauces like the ranch and blue cheese. Everything comes out hot and fresh (which is hard to come by). And consistently so across the 6 or 7 times I’ve been there. Food quality is certainly not a problem. Even the fountain drinks are above average (some cheap fast food fountains taste watered down to me).

Theres a middle age guy there who really isn’t all too pleasant. I don’t expect sunshine and rainbows from customer service anywhere anymore, but he was even rude when he got the chance. I’ve had a couple of encounters with him and he’s consistently like this. Then they have tipping options starting at 15 percent.

I really enjoy the food, but I’m a man of principle which makes it hard for me to support a business like this. The customer service isn’t unacceptable, but it’s definitely enough to put a damper on enjoying my meal. There’s also a lady there that has been delightful in the encounters I’ve had with her.

I debated between 2 and 3 stars for this review, but the food really is quite good so despite the bad service, it does earn all 3 stars.

I used to love this place, but unfortunately today I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had here. Whoever Ryan is was absolutely power-tripping and his behavior should seriously be looked into.

We arrived and started ordering at 8:28 PM, and he immediately tried to stop us from even sitting down to wait for our food, telling us we had to take it to go. We sat down anyway and watched staff bring food out to two other customers who were allowed to dine in without any issue.

We received our food shortly after, but then were told we had to leave because we “didn’t get there soon enough,” while those other customers were allowed to continue eating. Ryan then raised his voice at us while explaining that they could stay but we had to go, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

On top of that, we watched them turn away at least 10 other customers because they wanted to close early. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unfair. Honestly, it explains why the restaurant always seems empty lately. Really disappointing experience.

Not a bad wing spot. The line was super long for lunch, and it still takes a second to get your order if you do take out. But the lunch special was a good deal! The wings were solid and had a good kick to em!

Respectfully, Utah doesn’t know how to make wings. Flavorless wings and cheap-tasting sauces. If you like this place I’d invite you to reconsider, go outside Utah and try real wings. Service was nice tho.

I had been to this place many times before, but not since they renovated the location and expanded. The food was exceptional as it had always been, with the expansion of the menu to add new items. I tried the new chicken wrap and it was huge and delicious. With tender and flavorful chicken and other items that blended together in a fabulous package. The tots were crispy and very tasty. I can’t wait to try more items on the menu.

I love the whole vibe of Rocky Mountain Wingshak. It feels like a homegrown local joint that serves great wings. The woman at the register was super helpful and gave us a solid breakdown of the menu. She was personable and checked on us at the end of our visit.

We ordered two lunch specials, one with garlic pepper wings and the other with hot parmesan. We upgraded to get the parmesan fries on the side. The hot parmesan wings were great, with a great blend of flavors. I didn’t care for the garlic pepper by comparison. The parmesan fries are good, but not worth upgrading for. I really like the fry sauce they make in-house. The real winner is the quality of the chicken wings. I enjoyed my experience overall and will be back to visit.

Came here hoping it would be a good place and had got to be quite the disappointment. The food had hardly any flavor especially for saying it was super expensive for the little bit of food I did get. The customer service was not great either they acted like they didn’t even want to talk to anyone or help at all and they acted annoyed that we even came in even though we were the only ones there giving them business. Not that great of a place I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Maybe try another wing shop if you are in the mood for wings. Only plus side the ranch was good.

Never heard of this place until we drove past it yesterday and decided to come here for lunch. Ordered the lunch special and donut holes as recommended by other reviews.

The owner looked like Dean Norris from Breaking Bad, super outgoing and constantly checking on tables to make sure everyone was good… other reviews said he’s got problems, but after meeting him, I could see it if you’re acting like a Karen and probably deserved it.

so everything was cooked nice and crispy, the tots and fries are separated by paper and kept from getting soggy… nice touch there!

If we had any recommendations to make this place better… first is the Pepsi (at least Dr Pepper was available) and second I think lemon pepper is better as a dry rub than a sauce and holds the flavor better. The mild was pretty good but almost on the medium side.

We’ll definitely be coming back! I really want to try the scones!
