⛳️ We stopped by Mulligan’s Grill in Ellisville to celebrate their win as Best Wings in West County—and let’s just say, it was game over after the first bite.
We ordered the “Best Shot” (18 wings) and got them trashed—crispy, hot, and loaded with flavor. These aren’t your scrawny little wings either… these were hearty, meat-forward, and downright addictive.
And because we couldn’t resist more of that legendary wing sauce, we also grabbed the Buffalo Chicken Salad. Breaded chicken tossed in wing sauce over fresh greens = perfection.

We Thursday night to celebrate a friends birthday and the place was packed we did have a reservation. The service and food was great. Buffalo chicken dip was fabulous. We had apps, drinks,food for 5 people $168 not a bad price for all we had.

Nice gold themed restaurant. Seemed to be plenty of TVs inside for watching a game. Nice patio seating available as well. Service was good. Food was good and would be a place to try if we are in the area again.

Long wait so I sat at the bar. I got The Bogey, 6oz burger with tomato, pickles and cheddar cheese. For my side I got French fries. I wanted the burger cooked medium and it was slightly overcooked. The burger was definitely lacking flavor and needing seasoning. The crinkle cut fries were cooked nicely but they were lacking seasoning. The bar area was packed and the three bartenders were delivering good service. There’s a large parking lot in front of the restaurant.

A really great bar and restaurant! A place where you can literally never complain about the drinks LOL just be careful with your driving. The servers and the bartenders are excellent and very friendly and some of them have been here since the place opened up 30 years ago. A testament to the management and the staff and the ownership would 100% recommend this place for the food the service the atmosphere, but it gets pretty busy and they don’t take reservations, but if you come in the early afternoon it’s way easier to get a table or a seat at the bar. Sue the bartender is so nice!

We went here at Allison S’s urging because she loves their wings. The sauce was good but the wings lacked that bit of crunch they should have displayed. Not my favorite.
What I did really enjoy was my sandwich. I ordered their Philly Cheesesteak. It wasn’t shaved steak, nope. It was a steak that had been cubed after cooking. They put enough grilled onions on it for my taste (I like grilled onions) but went a little light on the grilled peppers. Topping it all off was Provel. I’m not usually a fan of Provel. Keep it the hell off my pizza, please! That said, I enjoy it on a salad and apparently I also enjoy it on a Philly sandwich. It added a creaminess that worked well with the chewiness of the bread and the flavors of the steak and the vegetables.
Waffle fries on the side. They were cold on arrival but I didn’t really intend to eat many so I let it go.
Service was great! Loved that they gave us our own pitcher of ice water instead of making us wait for refills. I really wish more places would do that!

Update! Every time we visit, we get great servers! We went again today and Emma was absolutely incredible! We had a minor issue and she resolved it quickly, perfectly and with a huge smile! She had that huge smile the entire time we were there! She did an amazing job in every aspect! I strongly recommend that you ask for Emma when you go! You won’t be disappointed!

Word of warning: taking a left out of the parking lot is really difficult. Take a right, drive to the next light and take a left, then left. Much easier! Even our Tesla on self drive gave up!

This was in a hidden spot near clarkson-manchester but turned out to be nice. Server was very attentive. We tried their specialty fried mushrooms with their combo Highlight of Rounds which also included potatoes, ravioli and strips. Chicken wings, fish and chips were good. In drinks we tried their signature Meligan & Hole in one, both bourbon cocktails.
