I am thoroughly impressed with this restaurant. I’m impressed with the entire concept and the little details. For instance, the aluminum water cups are a great touch for a cold refreshing drink.
The gluten free options are plentiful and delicious! The pizza was amazing and the artichoke hearts were great. Beer wall and cocktails were great.
We drove down from Greeley to try Rocky Mountain Tap and the long drive was well worth it. I highly recommend this place

Service was great and atmosphere is great. They also have free food for kids with adult purchase on Mondays. Place is also clean and looks well run. Food was really lacking. The burger tasted like it had been reheated several times or at least the patty hot in a warmer for too long. The chicken sandwich had very little chicken (see pic). It was like a $17 or $18 sandwich too which is inline with a nice chicken sandwich though I’d have been disappointed at $9. The pictures really sell the food but sadly in reality the servings are much smaller. Though aide arugula salad was good.
Leaving a review because I was this place to be great and the staff was great. But hesitant to eat here again.

Everyone who works here are so friendly and make you feel welcome. My favorites are the chips and queso, the beef sliders with fries, and the pizza. If you’re hesitant about trying a gluten free pizza, this place is awesome as you can’t even tell! The crust has a nice crunch and flavor. Also try the lemon drop martini while you’re there!

Great gf pizza! My partner is celiac so finding tasty and safe pizza is rare! If you live in Denver area or are visiting! MAKE THE DRIVE! I’m from Chicago so “pizza is life”, and I loved it! The staff were super nice and very attentive! We will definitely be going back next time we are in Denver!

I was excited to check this place out and won’t be back. I understand the concept on the beer wall, fill as much or as little as you’d like, try a bunch of different beers. My issue with it is that the taps were all foam, so a glass full of foam was 4 dollars, add that to your regular 16oz pour and now you have a 9 dollar beer. Brewery’s and tap rooms will keep filling your glass until it’s just beer, here for you pay for all of it.
The food was pretty good but nothing to brag about it. I was there for happy hour and 2 out of the 4 items on the lunch menu weren’t available. Also, in a world full of over tipping there was a 4% kitchen staff charge. Why don’t y’all just pay your kitchen staff a livable wage? Hard pass.

Staff is awesome! Self pour wall is always offering new beer to try. Food is consistently good. I do wish they could expand the restaurant itself, the seating can get tight, even when it isn’t too busy. Good place to sit and hang inside or out on a nice day. Love this place!

Run don’t walk!! Not only do they have GF beer (Holidaily) they also have a dedicated fryer and pizzeria. The pizza was the best I have ever had, even my non gluten husband thought it was really good. We had wings and Parmesan truffle fries that were also out of this world. The owner Brittany was very attentive and ensured all of our needs were met. Until next time Colorado.

Pleasant surprise. Excellent service. Fun self-serve beer wall. The food has been the most surprising— delicious and, dare I say, elevated cuisine. The portions are a bit small for the price, but the price reflects the excellent quality. Have really enjoyed the Donna (tuna melt), mac n cheese with Nashville hot chicken, arugula salad with steak tips, artichoke hearts (tiny portion), and prosciutto. The presentation of the cocktails seem more like some thing you’d find in a trendy spot downtown for a lot more money. Definitely a new favorite spot for us.
Update: Still eating here over a year later. Just had to mention that the naked wings are great. Many places don’t understand that naked wings still need salt! Their naked wings are salted/seasoned with crisp skin. Love it.

The pizza was the only good part. The taps were foamy and overpriced. There are signs saying to use any cup you want, but then the staff gets upset if you bring a glass cup outside. Most breweries allow you to bring snacks, the staff was strict about no outside food. Id go somewhere else. Super mid experience.

Great place to get pizza! The pizza kitchen is gluten free and celiac safe which is amazing! I like to ask for extra cheese. My husband who eats gluten also loves the pizza here even though it’s gluten free. The beer/cider wall is a fun way to get drinks too.
