Wrote a story – Go, go, go! Please go. I can’t express this enough! If you want a food adventure, look no further than your own backyard! Rocky Mountain Momo, located in Englewood just off I-25 is a tucked-away Nepalese gem. The owners, husband Prachyut and wife Rabee, bring a one-of-a-kind experience and regional specialties so unique, vibrant, and insanely delicious in their Nepalese cuisine, casual cafe-style, to the metro area! Having never experienced Nepalese cuisine, Prachyut explained each item on the menu, line by line to my husband and me, and made recommendations, then offered is complimentary Nepali spiced tea – warm and sweet but not extreme. We had Samosa Tarkari (crispy samosas filled with potato and garbanzo beans in a bright, flavorful sauce), paired with a savory spiced vegetable curry, and Nepalese-style chow mein – noodles, fresh veggies, spices – homemade spices! and chicken, traditional-style, almost jerky-like, seasoned to perfection. We left with momos to cook at home ourselves and chips chilly – spicy fries! The atmosphere is casual and inviting. This review is story-like, but it doesn’t begin to express how fantastic Rocky Mountain Momo is! Highly recommend!

Found my new favorite spot! I came in after seeing a post online and Rocky Mountain Momo did not disappoint.
The highlight for me was the Jhol Momo—it was my first time trying it and the cold soup base is a game changer. The Thukpa was another winner; the broth was rich and comforting. We also ordered the Fried Tofu, which was perfectly seasoned and crispy.
Nepalese food is the perfect middle ground if you like the spices of Indian food and the textures of Chinese cuisine. This place is small, authentic, and serves some of the best food in the area. Can’t wait to come back!

Was missing the momo since long time and this placed satisfied our craving and chai was very good. Only small disappointment by chow mein looks chicken was very dry and hard but noodles sauce tasted good without chicken, Not sure if that’s Nepali style.

Overall good momo placed in Denver

My family and I stopped in for dinner and we loved everything we ordered. My favorites are the fried tofu and chicken choila! Both were super flavorful and bold with the spices. Definitely order the mango lassi and enjoy their complimentary hot Chai! I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Momo. The owner and staff are also very friendly!

Incredibly nice workers who actually care about their guests. We ordered the chicken and veggie Momo’s in different styles, they have complementary chai tea and dispensary water. Everything is done with intention. It looks like and I’m happy with the service.

The best crispy momo I have had in all of Nepali restaurants in Colorado. The moment it arrived, it quickly disappeared in our mouths. This one remaining I spared was to take a picture to show how well made it was. Not at all oily. Paneer Chilli , Jhol and Chowmein were so tasty.

Hands down the best Nepalese restaurant in the town!! I’ve been a regular customer for over 2 years, and the quality has never dropped once. If you love authentic Nepali food, this place is a must-try. Highly recommended!

Tucked away in a strip mall is this wonderful little place. I’ve had Nepali food but mainly at Indian restaurants so I decided to give this place a try. Everything. So. Damn. Good. The momo is of course fantastic, but don’t sleep on the street food options. Had some crispy potato patties (I think called alu chop?) that were insanely delicious; I believe they were an off-menu special. The jhol momo is what I had as a main dish and the jhol, a cold soup that is poured over the momo, was insanely addictive. I couldn’t help but eat spoonfuls of it even when the momo was gone. For dessert was jerri swari, a crispy pastry wrapped in a what somewhat resembles a crepe. Super delicious; reminds me of funnel cake in its flavor. There’s also complimentary chai tea 🙂

I’ve been twice now and plan on making this a fairly regular lunch spot despite it being a 30 minute drive from where I live.

Fantastic food. Fantastic place and great staff. 10/10 would recommend. For sure if I am ever in Denver I will come back. Price was great! If this place was closer to my house I would gain some major weight! So wonderful. Staff was helpful and courteous.

This is my second time here and I absolutely love it! The food is always fresh and full of flavor. I’ve ordered the chow mein both times, and it’s the best chow mein I’ve ever had. So delicious! I’ll definitely keep coming back.
