The cheese was sour and dry. Asked for crispy but when you picked up a slice it was so floppy the toppings fell off .

I have low expectations for any town house of pizza but this place is bad. I’ve gone back a few times hoping something would be good but nothing. Usually you can get quantity if not quality but here you get neither. Chix parm and steak subs are all bread. The large chicken parm. Is 1 1/2 frozen patties on a bun with sauce and idk where the cheese is. Fries are overcooked or soggy. 2 subs and small Fries run 35 bucks. I honestly think you’re better off at a 7/11 or Cumberland Farms. A shame cause I live so close but tonight was the last time I dine here.

First of all I love their seafood sub. I’ve gotten it plenty of times and it’s always delicious. But today I ordered that and a club for my sister and they used the end piece of bread. I’ve never seen a place do that because it’s cheap and dry. My sister called to complain to them and the lady on the phone was nasty, dismissed her complaint and was very rude. I honestly wouldn’t be writing this review at all if she wasn’t so rude, or if they had fixed the issue I’d be posting a more positive review.

We used to order from here 2-3x a month. Loved their Greek salad, but AVOID this place due to terrible customer service. Recently had an order that was never delivered after waiting over 2 hours. When I called to check on the status, things went from bad to worse.
The owner transferred me to the delivery driver, who instead of resolving the issue, proceeded to call me a liar and make inappropriate age-related comments. To make matters worse, there was no refund for the missing order.
Pizza was good, wings were okay, but their Greek salad was actually my favorite in the area. However, no quality food is worth being disrespected like this. Complete lack of professionalism and customer accountability.
There are too many good restaurants in the area that actually care about their customers.

My goto place in Rockland, the staff, Mom, Dad and daughter, work hard and deliver good, plentiful products. Not much they don’t serve, pizza, calzone,…etc.

The delivery was on time. The lady with an accent took my order was friendly. The pizza was good but sadly they use premade pan pizza type pizza and not real store made pizza dough. Also too oily. It seems almost all stores around Rockland using premade dough and the don’t use the real old fashioned store made dough… So sad!!!
I will do business with them again.
