Had an amazing experience here, fast drive through and excellent customer service. I’ve never felt so welcome to a Dunkin before haha, the lady Audrey (or Aubrey, sorry) was so nice and positive and really cheered up our day. She went above and beyond my Dunkin expectations, give her a raise!

Dont trust these weird AI reviews, this location SUCKS. They are the slowest Dunkin that I have ever been to and unfortunately, they are the only coffee shop on my commute. Yall have made me late for work multiple times. I leave my house thirty minutes early to accommodate for Dunkin and yall have made me late several times! Is that not… insane? It’s coffee guys. Not that complicated. I always order the same simple drink. I order ahead in the app and it’s the same wait. I go inside, no difference. Today, I was the first one in line at the drive thru. I thought “perfect, I might even have time to get gas before work.” (Ya know, considering the thirty minute window that I give myself for COFFEE) Nope. Yall squashed that endeavor. I sat at the speaker for about three minutes before someone spoke to me. Then I was at the window for another 11 minutes before they even greeted me! Crazy? I think so. The drinks and food taste fine, the staff is friendly enough. But hopefully yall never face an emergency situation, bc the snails working there would be in trouble.

Staff that rang up our order was nice, but the lady that gave us our food was super judgmental and said “you guys super hungry or something” when first, it’s not their business, and second it was actually for some other people as well. We were just dropping it off. Also, the food was not cooked all the way though.

We like Dunkin. Obviously the donuts and pastries are wonderful. We also go healthy sometimes with the array of breakfast sandwiches. I particularly like the mocha flavored ice coffee.

Don’t have much complaints other than you continue to put Cinnamon on my Carmel cold brew when I’ve repeatedly asked for it not to be there. I didn’t order cinnamon, nor do I like cinnamon at all. If I wanted the stupid Charlie drink, I would’ve asked for that. If I don’t ask for cinnamon or the Charlie, you SHOULD NOT PUT CINNAMON in my coffee!!

Went through the drive through the other day and needed 3 assorted dozen of doughnuts for a gathering. The line was its usual 10 minutes wait. So when we got up to the pay window the 20 year old girl said, with an additive, “just so you know, the next time you order that many doughnuts you need to call ahead or come inside to order them because we don’t have the time to take care of that many in the drive through line”. She was saying this as she was handing me the doughnuts that were sitting there waiting for me to pull up to the window. I basically dismissed her ignorance for youth as clearly at takes longer to make all these hot breakfast sandwiches and foo foo drinks they have now then it does to box 36 doughnuts. And not to mention it’s not like we move quickly through the line anyways. And was just going to chalk it up to ignorant youth. But then got thinking that if she is who they have at the window saying things like that, then a review is fair game.
The ONLY I go to DD is because of the drive through. It’s not very often but sometimes I don’t feel like getting out of my car.
Coffee is better at Stewart’s, doughnuts are just as good, bigger, and less expensive at PC.

This is to management because you are training your employees to hand out cold food! I always have problems when I come here. Something is always made wrong or not up to my expectations. The order i had today was missing the snackin bacon and when she gave it to me it was cold. this is the second time they have tried to tell me cold bacon is normal and that’s just how it is. Every other location has given me hot bacon. They act like I’m inconveniencing them by asking to warm up my food. The last time i had to throw the whole bag away it was all dried out and not edible. Who likes cold bacon? This is something that needs to be worked on and also the stuffed croissants are ALWAYS cold on the inside if the workers took the tiny extra time to warm things up there would be no problems! do better thanks
