And for Mr Eric who made the comment about the sauce…..yes, the sauce in the sauce cups are cold from being in the refrigerator. If it’s hot outside, and that sauce in those cups are in the heat…..yes, they will explode. Now the sauce that comes on the sandwiches is in a squeeze bottle and no, that is not cold. And why the heck would a bbq food truck have a microwave anyways???? They have a smoker for the bbq, steam table for the hot sides, and a grill for the burgers and sandwiches…….who needs a microwave when it’s all fresh……….rant over
