Say on the patio with a friend, an umbrella or a little shade would be an upgrade. I ordered the stuffed avocado burger and oatmeal fries with a pear cider to drink. Fries and cider were 5/5 burger was a bit dry 2.5/5. Not my favorite stop, but not a bad place to grab a bite. Definitely a causal experience.

Oh. My. Gosh. What a wonderful place. The food was perfect, the staff was amazing, and the atmosphere was incredible. Chicken and fries are nom nom delish. Don’t recommend anywhere else in town!

I’ve gone here a couple times and it’s been great. The service has been good, the music wasn’t too loud or quiet and the TVs in the bar had plenty of viewing options. There’s also a dining room if you prefer something less stimulating. Good choice of tap beers and the menu selections of American style food have been delicious.

We don’t plan on coming back after this last visit. We were seated quickly and drinks were brought to us in a reasonable time. After bringing the drinks our waitress asked if we were ready to order and we asked for another minute to decide but I informed her that I wanted to order an appetizer (Rick chips). The rock chips came and we ate then all and we sat and sat and sat waiting for our waitress or even another waitress to come by to take our order or maybe even fill our drinks… After waiting about 30 minutes to see our waitress again she basically appeared and apologized then asked if we had enough time to decide what we wanted to order. I frustratingly replied, “Yes, plenty.” We didn’t see her again until after the food had arrived and even knowing there was an issue with the service at no time did she offer to make it right to us nor did a manager come around and see if there was anything they could do to make it right. With that being said I don’t believe they care if their customers are pleased with their experience and we won’t be back.
With all that being said, the rock chips were good, the burger patties on the Jimmy Burger were smaller then what you’d get at BK and were dry. Three onion rings were so greasy my wife couldn’t eat them without feeling sick however the cheese curds were cooked great and were tastey

Changed there signature burger, comes on white bread, not buns.
Burger overcooked, sent back and gave me the old school way of the burger.
Meat was well done to medium well and wanted medium to medium well so it would have juice and not be overcooked.
Waitress did a good job overall but took 20 minutes just to get all our drinks and we still didn’t take our food order yet.
Was not busy and overstuffed?
I would go back again, but not in any hurry too.

6 of us went to eat lunch and we he got four of us got burgers. One got buffalo chicken sandwich one got a chicken wrap. The inside of the restaurant was clean the wait staff was very courteous. But on the menu it says all burgers are cooked medium unless otherwise stated and every single burger that came out was well done, there was no red inside at all. I expected my burger to be juicy and it was not. The buffalo chicken sandwich was spicy with dry there was no extra sauce on it not whatsoever. Everybody else besides me you got regular fries which looked to be cooked fine. I got sweet potato fries with my sandwich and they were overcooked. And in all of our opinion going in for lunch we didn’t see but maybe two other people in the whole place and we had a wait quite a while for our food.

Stopped for lunch while passing through Jamestown. We were seated quickly, had a waitress take our drink and appetizer order and returnalmost too fast to take our order.
Fried pickles are pickles spears, not pickle “chips” like I’m used to, but they were great. Just enough breading.
Chicken quesadilla was good too, I had that for my lunch and only ate half. I think it’s big enough to be a meal on it’s own even if you’re hungry.
Others I was with orders fish and chips (French fries), that said that was good too.
We got our bill quickly without being harassed, it’s like the waitress was spot on.

I’ll start off by saying, the chicken tenders are the absolute best chicken tenders of any I’ve ever had. Holy smokes. The chicken was absolutely pristinely cooked and white. The breading was thick and coated amazingly. The amount of meat was huge. Just amazing. The sides, fries and “tap potatoes”(fresh cut chips) were both awesome. By account, the chicken finger wrap my girlfriend had was bomb too.
The negatives keeping this from a 5 star joint, the waitress got my sides wrong. I asked what the tap potatoes were and she told me, so I asked her if I could swap out my Cole slaw for that and still get some fries and she said yes. When she brought the food, I only had the chips on my plate, no fries. So I had to steal some of my girlfriend’s fries to try them. The wait times for food were a little long as well. The floor had probably just been cleaned before opening perhaps, but the cleaning solution they used was pretty slippery. Every single step from the door to the table, my foot “spun out”.
I’ll definitely be back as the chicken was certified amazing.

After waiting a while to be seated, one of the servers told us to go sit anywhere in the bar. My wife and I traveled a great distance and all we wanted was to relax and be served…yeah no. We took a seat at a booth and waited forever. We had two waitresses walk right by us without any acknowledgement. The gals in the bar kept looking at us like we were a nuisance and another waitress was on her phone. After waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes, we got up and left. I now see why this place didn’t even show up on TripAdvisors 10 best restaurants. Waste of time! Worst service ever! Would give less than a star if possible!

Tried a few times. Service was ok, burgers are under seasoned, orders kept getting messed up. Had the server repeat my order back and it still came out wrong. I was hoping for better after the slow down from opener but nope. Most likely my last time here. Beer selection is good that’s the only thing keeping it a 3 for me.
