I ordered 2 pizzas that’s all original pan and one stuffed crust. I ordered online at 5:08pm I did not receive my food until 6:15pm and I was the only car in the drive through the majority of the time.

I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas, cheddar bacon sticks, boneless wings…..$60 at 5:45pm. I called at 6:30 to verify my order was for delivery. I waited til 7:25p.m.
I called again, spoke with two different people to learn my order was never put through….never made. I told them to cancel the order, not that it mattered, I would have never received my food……and to please credit my card!!!! I will never deal with this Pizza Hut again!

I ordered delivery online at 5:43 pm. The web app gave an estimated delivery time of 6:30 pm. At 6:35 the food tracker was still at order received. I got worried and tried to call. My call was forwarded to the pizza hut call center. They told me to just keep trying to get through to the local store. Family was already getting hangry as it was 7pm by this time. I decided to go to Chick-fil-A to get something quick and with good service. I stopped by the location intending to request a refund, but there was a line out the door. I just turned around as I had to get the food back home. After getting back home I got a text at 735 pm that my order was on the way. We had already sat down to eat the Chick-fil-A. Nearly 2 hours to get 2 pizzas delivered. Horrible experience.

Horrible service! Ordered my pizza around 3… called around 5 because it was never received and they tell me they haven’t started on my order and it got lost in the system. Asked for a refund and they said they can’t refund me. Long story short I had to take a trip up there and get my money back. I even tipped the driver and they didnt want to give me that money back either until I demanded my money at the store. Its sad that you have to get out of character for a business to do the right thing. Why would you not refund a customer when it took over 2+hours and I never got the pizza. Before I placed my order I asked the lady on the phone how long of a wait and she said between 35-45 minutes. Customer service was a complete joke

The app says my order is ready, I show up and then I am told to wait ten more minutes. After the wait time I got to drive thru and sit 5 minutes. Thinking it will be faster to go inside I find out that i am wrong and I wait for another 20 minutes, before I have to actually ask them to come up front and help after they sat their and looked at several customers standing up front.

It took nearly 2 hours for our delivery to show up. No communication from Pizza Hut. I tried multiple times to call the local store I ordered from, no answer, sent to national call center who during the first call said they had no way to check on my order, call the local store. So, I try and call the local store again, no answer, sent to national call center, same person answered from before. I told her I wanted a refund as I had no food. She said she couldn’t give me a refund, it would be a Pizza Hut credit. I was not happy about that, but better than nothing. Right after I hung up the driver pulled up. Gave me my cold food and left. Will never order Pizza Hut again.

I ordered one day earlier. I was so impressed that I went back to order more today. After waiting over 30 minutes past the time it stated my order would be ready, I was so disappointed. The pizza was cold. The breadsticks were just wrong. It seemed like my pizza sat waiting to be cut. People spend alot of money on take out, so we expect it to be some kind of good.

The last three times I visited this location either my order was wrong or it was not ready on time. The last time my pizza was not even in the oven 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund and they offered me rewards points and said i couldnt get a refund. I had to get out of the drive thru and go inside where there was another lady who’s order was due and they told her there were still three orders ahead of hers before they cooked it. I got my refund. I’m done with this location. I know your sorry for the inconvenience, please contact the store blah blah blah. For all of the negative reviews on here, contacting the store isn’t working. The store is the problem and nothing is being done about it.

Ordered food Friday night for my son and grandmother for delivery. Waited 2 hours and finally called to check to see how much longer it would be. The lady who answered the phone would not even let me get my name through and just started spouting names and saying she didn’t even see my order then proceeded to tell me it’s on the way and they are having to use door dashers as driver, still never got my name. Waited another 45 minutes for the food to show up and it was wrong. Tried calling back multiple times that night but no one ever answered. Called the next day and spoke to the manager who did give me a credit, but not for my full order, only $10. I do understand they were short staffed and didn’t want to make a big deal about it. Wanted to give them another shot tonight. While my order was on time for carry out, again the food was wrong. Let them know and was told they would remake it. After sitting in the lobby for 25 minutes I asked where my pizza was. They hadn’t even started it yet. Spoke to the manager and she did make it right by making my pizza and giving me a large instead of a medium but unfortunately this will be my last time at this location.

Desiree the manager did a great job taking my order. When I called I had no idea they were short staffed she remained calm. When I came to get my order she was friendly and fast. The pizza and cheese sticks looked delicious and tasted delicious! You are appreciated!
I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in two months. Definitely not the same experience. I ordered a cheese pizza with lite sauce and cheese sticks. It was $20.69. The pizza hardly had any cheese on it, and tasted salty yuck. It was very disappointing and most of it was wasted. I have no idea why employees do this. If you wouldn’t eat it why would you give it to a customer. Make food the way you would want it if you ordered it. I ask you if you ordered a pizza and cheese sticks that cost $20.69. What would you do if you got this?
